My sister and I set out to fulfil a dream for a special Alexandrite ring that my late mother had left us funds to complete, since she was unable to before her death. We are located in NH but the distance was no obstacle for the MSD team. Mark was able to source us some amazing Alexandrite stones and then work with us to design a one of a kind setting which would embody my mother's spirit and be a fitting tribute to her life. Over the course of a few months we went from initial consultation to stone selection to design to wax casting and finally to delivery of the finished rings. I have never had such an amazing customer experience; in fact, I hesitate to even use the word 'customer' because I felt like part of the MSD family from start to finish. Already dreaming of my next project and can't wait to work with my new MSD family again. Thank you!

Alison wasn't lying when she told me that I wouldn't believe my eyes when I picked them up. They not only sized them perfectly but restored them. Mark even came out to tell me the history of my father's blue star sapphire after he recognized the maker's mark. Top notch service, seriously!
