Ed Laster: My podiatrist got me a pair of Superfeet orthotics for my Clifton9’s I purchased at Lucky Feet Shoes. They never really felt right for my feet. Problem was I got rid of the original inserts that came with the shoes. I went back to Lucky Feet and told Sophia about my situation. She immediately provided me with some factory inserts that brought my Hokas back to the comfort I needed. She did it all for free! I can’t say enough about the customer service Sophia provided. I’ll definitely be back in the future for all my new shoes! Thanks for all the help.
dylan lane: Had a great experience here getting new work shoes and orthotics for my boyfriend and a new pair of sandals with support and orthotics for myself. Sophia was very helpful and had us do our foot scans to see any issues in your feet focused on the high pressure points. She also remeasured our feet and found out my feet are smaller than I thought! Great customer services and product selection, would definitely shop again!

Andrea Jones: On 8/1/23 I had went to my foot doctor with pain in both feet and ankles he gave me injections in both and wrapped both feet, he gave me a list of shoe places I chose this store and as soon as I got into the store I was pleasantly greeted by Mr. Patrick he was so professional and he picked me out the Best shoe to purchase they felt so comfortable I almost cried. I’ve been disabled since 2013. And Thanks to God I’m walking again.. So I recommend you go see PatrickSign Happy feet

Fernando: I stopped by this store a few days ago looking for some walking/jogging shoes. I was helped out by Christian who helped me get an size scan for the shoes and even brought out 3 different pairs in slightly different sizes for me to find my most comfortable fit.Unfortunately they didn't have anything in my size since my size happens to be fairly uncommon and usually special order. Even then Christian went above and beyond and called a sister store a few miles down and was able to find a pair for me there and put it on hold.If anyone is looking for some new running/walking/jogging shoes and wants an experience and fit that is the most accurate to you I'd definitely recommend Runners High over any run of the mill Adidas or Nike.

Robert Van Antwerp: Both Priscilla and Cameron at the Long Beach Exchange store are excellent. They greet you promptly with a positive attitude and take the time to work with you for the proper fit shoe. When a pair of shoes have to be ordered they contact you in a timely basis when they arrive at the store. They also take the time and not rush you when trying on a few different types of shoes that you would be satisfied with for performance. I visited the store couple times with both Priscilla and Cameron and again, it is a pleasure for them to work with me on another pair of shoes.1/17/22I would again, like to recognize another one of the employees at Runners High at the Long Beach Exchange store by the name of Patrick. I was again in the market for another pair of Brooks shoes and Patrick was extremely helpful and did not rush through the measuring process. Since they did not have the model I wanted, he recommended another version of Brooks to try and if they did not meet my needs to return them and would order the pair that they were out of stock. It would take a couple weeks with the shipping concerns that was occurring nationally. I was leaving town so I would try the Brooks GTX version. It is nice to have a positive representative taking the time to review options and make accurate measurements of the feet and making sure I was happy with the decisions we made. Thanks to Patrick for a positive visit on 1/17/2022.

Matt Hoderland: changed the way shoes were bought at his store. He claimed he was changing it this way to protect customers and employees from violence. The new method of first come first serve as long as you're wearing specific color-coded merchandise has brought more violence to his store in the last 6 months than ever before. People are pulling out guns knives and constant threats are happening. Police have been called multiple times.in the past you'd buy merchandise for a raffle ticket. If you had 20 pieces of merchandise you'd get 20 tickets. No one waited for 20 hours and was cutting the line or holding spots and putting out ghost chairs, there was no hostility. People who got tons of tickets spent tons of money and it made sense.Gus would even preach in front of his Long Beach store that the more merchandise you had the more tickets you get. Lots of people spend over $500 on merchandise on his word only to have it changed weeks later with no offer from him to return the merchandise for breaking the agreement that was set.At first I thought, if he's doing it for the safety of his employees that makes sense however this new method is more dangerous.Now I think he just wants something bad to happen at his store so he's in the newspaper for it and all over the media. It's clear he doesn't care about the safety of his employees or his customers.Please change it back to the way things used to be. Don't let the Pride behind being wrong keep you from doing the right thing.

Steven Gonzales: This is hands down my favorite sneaker store in my area, they are completely fair with their sneaker distribution and raffles. No backdooring happening at all here at this shop, they are strictly for the people and its loyal customers. The have IG raffles and also raffles with their merchandise for loyal customers who purchase various merchandise they release for sneaker releases. They post all of their winners day of release on IG and they even ship to people out of state who win a reservation for a sneaker. I couldn't be anymore thankful for what I have been able to win thru raffles here and I will be a lifelong customer ! They even have FCFS on shoes that haven't been picked up they will post in on their IG stories. You don't have no greedy employees working here which is refreshing to the sneaker community to me. The staff is great and friendly and always makes you feel super welcomed. Great store come check it out!
