Victor Anderson: I read reviews about this repair shop. People raved about Carl. I can now understand why. I brought in hose fittings for a Eureka wet vacuum cleaner. The hose basically fell apart. The vacuum cleaner is no longer available , nor are the parts. While I was there Carl assembled parts and a new hose. I tested them today and they worked great. The entire thing cost less than $40. The alternative would have been to buy a new wet vacuum at the price of several hundred dollars.I highly recommend Carl.Victor
Linda Lykke: I have purchased accessories for my Nutone Central vac system here over the past 20 years. Recently I had an issue with the hose and despite eliminating various causes I went to another vac store closer to my house. They sold me a defective replacement hose but tried to blame it on my system which worked fine. I went back to Carl and he went above and beyond to diagnose my hose and conclude it was not the switch but the hose itself. This was a simple task to undertake with a voltage meter. He sold me a new one and everything is great. I appreciated his honesty and effort to get to the root of the problem and address it.

Diana Pearson: canister vacuum into Andy after he assured me he knew the vacuum and could fix it. This vacuum is 40 years old and has been fixed and updated throughout the years and is still an amazing machine. He didn't disappoint and did a great job cleaning, updating and generally getting it back in top condition. He told me that is was definitely worth fixing and I am so happy with the results. I thought he was fair and honest and explained everything. I will be going back, probably with my grandmothers sewing machine for an update and cleaning.

I was originally going to order this specific vacuum from Amazon, but I really prefer to shop small and it arrived atleast 4 days before Amazon would have delivered it to me. Thank you! American Born Grappler: Mr. Mo was completely professional and knowledgeable with his products. We went to pick up vacuum bags and replaced our belt on our aircraft turbine motor. To be honest the only time the attachments were used was by the salesman when our Kirby was first purchased, they have been boxed ever since. Mr. Mo gave us a complete demonstration again on all the attachments it was a great refresher course. Thank you Sir 🙏🏻
Arleen Acosta: West Coast Kirby Mohammad is extremely knowledgeable about Kirby products and equipment. He does home visits. He repaired my vacuum in a couple of days. A part needed to be ordered, otherwise I would have had my vacuum back much sooner. My vacuum works, like new! He dropped off my vacuum with shampoo products that I ordered from him. He also showed me how to properly use my vacuum and demonstrated how to shampoo my rug. He truly didn’t have to do this, but he did. He is also very pleasant to speak to. I give Mohammad 5 stars. Don’t hesitate.
