Numenorean Queen: I've been coming to this restaurant for a long time and they have NEVER disappointed. I love that I can have Sushi and a delicious Thai dish all in one visit. Nelson Castillo: Stumbled upon this gem in long beach now its our go-to for sushi. We eat at the sushi bar cause we love to watch them make the food and the tv is right there also. Such an amazing experience everytime. It think the guy that we always stay close to his name is alex. Hes the man, so on point with his skills and hes so easy to talk to, very knowledgeable all aspects which helps you decide what to eat. The popcorn lobster roll is my fav!!! Must try!
Elizabeth Frayre (Sra. Frayre): My best friend and I enjoyed a late lunch here. He's vegetarian and I'm not, but I do love seafood and I like tofu, too. He eats here often and suggested the spicy seafood soup, the pad Thai noodles with tofu and the yellow curry with tofu. We also ordered a side of brown rice. Everything we ordered was delicious!! I highly recommend this restaurant.The atmosphere is casual and the servers are all very pleasant. I plan on taking my husband and my son next! They loved my leftovers and are looking forward to eating at the restaurant.Vegetarian options: They can make just about any dish vegetarian by making the protein seafood or tofu. That's what we did and all was delicious!
Sara Lawson: This place has excellent sushi and Thai food. I am rarely in Long Beach, and we visited on a whim when the place we had planned to go was too busy, but it was excellent all around. I highly recommend the food here. Also, definitely get the mochi ice cream!Parking: Very small parking lot.
Emilio Cruz: There were 10 people in our party. Service was great. The food was great and extensive, ranging from Japanese sushi to Thai soups. Presentations were beautiful. The fried Calamari rings were coated in a light tempura batter rather than the usual heavy coating one so often sees. The menu consisted of pages of photos of the offerings. The photos were accurate depictions of the actual dishes. The sushi rolls were done well and the sashimi was fresh. Well worth a visit.

John Walker: The yuzu snapper with truffle oil that Sam made was a clincher. That and the amazingly personable service from all the staff complimented the amazingly fresh fish and great vibe. Oooh before the Sammy Delight, gently smoked and seared snapper with crispy onions and Masako wow.
Holly Torpey: I love Oho Sushi Studio. The food is delicious and the staff is so friendly. The setting is a little quirky but that adds to its charm. My only complaint is that they still use plastic takeout packaging. When they start using compostable containers I will happily go back to ordering takeout from them, but until then, I’ll order sushi elsewhere unless I’m planning to dine in because I’m trying to reduce my use of single-use plastics.

Jordan: Pretty good sushi, would come back again. The yellow tail nigiri is good but the fatty yellow tail is even better. One thing that I didn't like about it is that they put a small dab of garlic paste on top it it which ruined the taste for me. I had to keep taking that off. The same thing happened for the salmon sushi except they put one piece of caper on it, had to remove that as well. But the fish was fresh and the price is about average for nigiri around $7 for 2 piece nigiri depending on what you get. They also take your phone number for discount for your next visit.

They know me and my best friend there now since we’ve been going there for years. From the outside, the location seems very quaint and unassuming, but once you go in, expect to be greeted with a big smile from the owner and enjoy a very cute and personal dining space with those accompanying you. They are so willing to tailor the food-menu to my crazy plant-based diet, and the food is always healthy and delicious for me. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing.
