Robert Van Antwerp: Subject: Outstanding Recognition to The Nurses and Doctors at the Long Beach Surgery Center on 4/6/23I wanted to express how grateful I am for the dedication the staff had throughout the complete process of my knee surgery. All were very positive with “can-do” attitudes to address any questions I may have had during my stay throughout the pre- and post-operation procedures.Dr. Kurzweil, his assistant, Mikki, and the Anesthesiologist Dr. Tripllete performed the surgery. Dr. Tripllete took the time to sit down with me just before the surgery and explained every detail in the process of his responsibility. It was the same with Dr Kurtweil who was outstanding with the precise work he performed on my left knee replacement via the robotic process. Also, I want to highlight some of the nurses who went over and beyond with the pre and post operation tasks. Nurse Kari was with me the complete time before surgery and was very attentive before I entered the surgery room. She had compassionate, kind personality and again if I had any questions or needed something, who was right there! Other great nurses were Victoria who took care of me when I arrived and during the recovery period and Sheri, who was excellent in-patient care and had a very positive attitude and assisted me in the post-surgery and departure areas. There were other nurses involved during my stay; however, I did not get their names. I want to be sure they are recognized during my stay too!I could not say enough about the overall care and professionalism of the COMPLETE team and will surely recommend this location and staff to our family and friends.Again, thank you very much for the great experience. My nervousness was alleviated through a professional and kind staff, and I appreciate them.

Sep Sd: I had my achilles tendon surgery in this place. All the staff were nice and helpful and informative. The nurse who helped me to setup for surgery was great and helpful. The anesthesia doctor provided me with all the useful info, and my surgery went well I suppose, this my first day after surgery.

Competent and caring nursing Anesthesia was a breeze pre-and post information was clear and accessible. 27 Years as a surgical / medical provider myself. Trust me my expectations are high. SCLB did a fine job. If circumstances warranted I would bring my practice patients to this facility myself.
Tommy Henrich: I had surgery here back in July. The place seemed very busy, but the staff was well focused on what they were doing. Everyone seemed to be doing whatever needed to be done to keep on schedule while at the same time, each person I came into contact with had a friendly smile and a caring manner. I was very relaxed and calm throughout my visit.

MsCharmaine White: that I scheduled my appointment. My surgery They are arrived at 7 o’clock which was my appointment time and I was immediately taken to the back so I could prep for the procedure. I was very nervous and the staff reassured me that I would be fine. I remember dozing off then waking up very painful but happy that I was safe and that the procedure was complete. It’s Been two weeks since I’ve had my surgery and I am very pleased with my results. The doctor really knows what he is doing and I am very pleased With the work he has done. I do recommend anyone who wants or is interested in getting work to at least give them a call for a consultation. No it’s not the most glamorous like some of the places in Beverly Hills but however he’s very reasonable with his prices. You know it’s like the BMW and a Honda. They both do the same thing but ones just a bit pricier.

Ricky Kazlor: Had to get a tooth extracted unfortunately because it broke and I never thought someone could extract it with such ease as Dr. Telles did. God and Lady Luck sent me a blessing when I found his office in Long Beach area. Half my tooth was missing due to a bike accident from years ago and it finally was time to get extracted. I felt no pain and that was thanks to Dr. Telles expert ability to numb the area before extraction. The staff while I waited was great too. J Danielo: I went to Dr. Hurvitz because I was dissatisfied with the post-cancer breast reconstruction done by another plastic surgeon. Despite being adamant that I wanted to remain the same size, I ended up being a cup and a half larger. After trying to accept this distortion of a new body for two years, I just couldn't take it. So I saw Dr. Hurvitz. He listened, was caring and compassionate, and did such a beautiful job. I feel like I have my old body back. Thank you, Dr. Hurvitz!
