Sonia Rodriguez: Well I was picked up from the streets homeless and catholic charities took me and many others to house us help us with furnished and everything for the home to feel good and food help with transportation when needed and more , I got a wonderful place I can call home is blessing. And today a year later they stending the help and like [ Christian ] is My case manager and he is the best, he work hard to do things to me to be able to stay warm .with out this program I be cold and homeless . I give special thanks to .[Michael Williams ] for picking me up from the street didn't stop to he got me safety on the program took him few hours . I got nothing but respect for this man on san pedro ca thank God for this man and ,,[Catholic Cherities.] Thank you from the bottom of my heart . With love and respect .Sonia Rodriguez

Melissa Billings: Very pleasant people that volunteer here. Food pantry was interesting. These people in line are fierce about being in line and who is where and when they go inside. It's like a game to see who goes in first and gets the good stuff. Certain people were not friendly about where i was in line. It was kind of Entertaining. Til I didn't bring a mask and I'm frantically looking for one in my stuff. I swore I had one but it must of fallen out. I stood there in distress trying to figure out who to ask and I was paranoid about leaving my cart and stepping out of line but I said to myself if they need something on my cart that bad, they can have it. People have taken most of it anyway. So I went around asking and finally got a hold of one. A nice woman had an extra one. Bless her heart. Then my anxiety went through the roof when they said leave your carts where they are and follow me. We went downstairs and waited at the tables to be called. My cart - everything I own in the whole world was upstairs unattended. I just sat there and prayed and prayed. The room was full and we were called. Went through the line fast. They an item I absolutely loved and haven't had it in a long time. That brightened my trip. Went back up a sigh of relief. My cart was still there. It was a good trip. Thank you for all you do. It is a blessing.
