Marv Redd: It's really a hit or miss with customer service at this location. Many of the front desk females are selectively rude. However, all that changed with a young lady I met Sunday. The receipt says her name is Angelina. She appeared to have roots from the Pacific Islands. She wears glasses, has a great personality, and has strong customer service skills. Potential like that only needs the right environment to bloom.Cheers

Paul Pfeifer: Fantastic experience with OC Snowsports. If you are serious about buying great ski gear this is the place to go. Darryl and Elvis are true ski equipment maestros. Be forewarned, this is a bespoke ski boot fitting and it will take a long time. Plan ahead and clear your schedule. I will be taking my son to OC Snowsports for his boots next season!

Howard Hsu: Had a phenomenal experience getting a boot fitting from Elvis. He worked hard to find me the best boot and when he didn’t have it he told me he wouldn’t sell me something that didn’t work. Immediately suggested a boot to try and told me to bring it back if it did work, it did! Got my boot somewhere else but brought it back to get custom footbeds in and have Elvis make sureI was good. Top notch service and boots fit amazing. Daryl, the owner, was also super helpfu and a nice dude to chat with. Will be bringing my wife back in the fall to get boots fitted. A+.

Staff definitely knows their stuff, and didn't even kick me out for being a snowboarder. The shop is definitely leaning more toward serving more experienced skiers than I, but they were happy to stoop to my level and explain things to a newbie. Great selection of skis and boots.

I walked out of there with an education and more stoke than I've had in a long time.Also, I want to address the one negative review I read because I was also almost in a similar boat walking in there with some Full Tilt's that I assumed fit me correctly. The staff here aren't regular employees trying to sell you the next hot new product at a box store that happens to have some skis in the corner. These are true professionals who are dedicated to knowing each and every intricate detail of every single item they have for sale. They know what will and will not work for you, your skiing style, and your unique characteristics. They might not tell you exactly what you want to hear

Elvis was also at the time fitting boots for his very own mother and it was cool getting to see that interaction. Once Darryl arrived, he helped me out and did the fill quickly and efficiently. He did my transaction for the liquidfit while I asked him some questions about skis, and made it clear I wasn't looking to buy just yet, but likely next season. We finished the transaction and without hesitation he gave me his time, walked me over to their selection, explained differences, answered my questions, and gave me his suggestions, all knowing I wasn't going to be buying at that time. He also told me to feel free to come in at any time if I had any questions at all, and he'd be able to help me. Because of all of this, I look forward to coming by next season to pick up some skis.
