Le Jam (Tokyo'): The service here is amazing. I went to go rent out an alto sax, and the person who helped me, Georgia, was very helpful. She tested out the sax to make sure it was still working, as we as giving me 3 free reeds on the house! She also gave me a private lesson and taught me several things I needed to work on that significantly improved my playing! Thanks Long Beach WW & Brass!

Phil Hong: . Based on a recommendation from my son's teacher, I tried Long Beach Woodwinds and they were awesome. Their repair price was significantly less and they turned around the repair in less than one day.Later I needed to repair my other son's clarinet. Some of the pads were not sealing and causing some notes to be unplayable. This was during marching band season so time was of the essence. They were able to fix all of the pads during the time it took us to get lunch across the street at the Long Beach Exchange.Long Beach Woodwinds is everything right about a customer-focused small business. They are knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and fast.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable whether you're a pro or a student, plus they are easy going and genuinely care about your business. They have an amazing collection of instruments both used and new, a huge selection of accessories, and their repair facility is among the best in the business. I can't say enough good things about Rusty, Georgia, Bryan, and all the staff.
