The leasing staff, Cynthia, Paige, and Jack, as well as the concierge, and security, are all amazing and just overall great people to chat with.

Toni L: Having lived in houses for decades, moving here was a huge change for my husband, labrador retriever and myself. We were looking to move to Long Beach and viewed many houses but had not found what we wanted. We decided to look at 1900 Ocean Beach Club and are thrilled that we did. When we walked into the building it felt like a resort. We were immediately welcomed and shown around by Paige who sold us on the building. The unit we looked at is on the beach side with unbelievable views. The apartment is quiet, which was important to me since I haven't lived in an apartment since college and I'm sensitive to noise. The amenities are excellent, including the gym, pool, jacuzzi, barbeques, bicycles, paddle boards, yoga, and work out classes. The activities that the staff plans are always enjoyable. The staff, including Paige, Cynthia and now Jack are amazing - energetic, enthusiastic and knowledgable. Jaime and his staff are unparalleled in their responses to problems and in keeping the building and surrounding premises clean, always with a smile on their face. Tara, is a unique manager, completely hands on. The first weekend we moved in there was a barbeque and she was the one grilling - I was truly shocked. Everyone that visits is blown away by the views and feel of the place, and immediately understand why we are so happy living here. I can honestly say that our lifestyle has changed and we have embraced the beach life and vibe.

She made the process of us qualifying to get into our new home so seamless and I appreciate her and her excellent customer service for that. I really have been enjoying our overall experience with Seaport Village. The building is nice and clean and the staff is wonderful. Thank you !

Analicia Simon: This is a very nice and comfortable environment to live in. The management staff is friendly and handle all of your requests in a timely manner. The maintenance people also keeps the apartment building looking clean and clutter free. Their is also security that patrols the building regularly. So you will always feel safe knowing that their is someone around to make you feel safe. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good home.

Ivan Quintero: which most do, but to be completely honest there is no parking anywhere in Long Beach. I have lived here for about a year and a half and it has been amazing. The rooms are a great size for any couple or if you want to have a bachelor room or pad. The neighbors all have each others backs and I have heard countless times about randoms walking in the back alleyways but there have been multiple cases where they have told me that THEY always keep an eye out on my car in case anyone ever tries to do something. These are some of the coolest people ever. The pools are great because if one starts to get full you could always walk to another one which more than likely is never full. The security guards are always on patrol making sure everything is safe. In my year and a half of living in these apartments never have I have an issue with anyone or anything. The staff is phenomenal. I have spoken to 20+ other staffing at other apartment complexes within the past week or so and no one compares to how kind the staff here is. If you own a dog they certainly have doggy bags around the complexes in case they go bathroom. You can now use your phone to pay for washes instead of coins which is amazing. My experience has been great here and anyone who says otherwise are crazy because I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. Gonna miss living here!!

They even provide US Tenants poop bags for OUR pets - to keep the environment clean and safe. The Staff, always greet you with a warm and pleasant smile and are Always Welcome you with their beautiful hearts. The Staff consist of: Marisol, Francis and Linda an Assistant. The maintained team are Awesome! Always working to keep Us happy and clean! Our security team are always friendly as well. It's an Environment of Convenience of Local stores and shopping malls etc. It's a Great Establishment to live among such Beautiful People. I never have to worry about the dog- if I'm gone to long; because, They would check on him for me. I love living here and the Staff at Seaport Village. The Management is AWESOME!

Sunita: I recently moved into a unit here and I love it! The apartments are recently renovated and gorgeous. My unit gets so much sunlight and has a pretty view. I feel like I'm in a brand new building. Also, the community is very calm and peaceful, I genuinely like walking around the complex. LA fitness is so close as well as starbucks and a whole shopping area so it's really convenienly located. Love it!

Kelly Chung: I have lived here for 16 month and it is the perfect place to live in long beach. Recently remodeled so everything inside house equipments are so clean and great. Very quite environment and safe area and also have great neighbors.Leasing office staff are very responsive and maintenane people are also kind and come fast to fix problem.I really enjoyed live here and and I was so happy with this apartment.I should move because of work soon, but I will always remember this wonderful place.Thank you for everybody to make great property.If your budget match, you will enjoy! 👍

Mike Howard: Hello this is by far one of the most beautiful and welcoming apartment community i have visited. The atmosphere is lovely the staff is very helpful friendly and on their P’s and Q’s they know how to run a community very well i would highly recommend this place as your new home sweet home. Update i take back everything i said except for the beautiful welcoming atmosphere i was the previous maintenance supervisor but was let go due to not having apartments done right away its hard when you have that to do along with workorders cleaning and repairs to units and building. But i was let go to hire the managers previous coworker/supervisor at her old property and let it be known they are really good friends i went above and beyond for them and even spent my own money on drinks parts and even went in early off the clock to get ahead on tasks no appreciation just kicked to the curb. But not everyone there is shady just a few

Justin Mejia: Loving my new home here at the Landing!The apartment is beautiful, gorgeous floors, HVAC, and fully loaded appliances including an in unit washer and dryer. The staff is great, very responsive. Adrienne and Eduardo have been the best making the moving transition seamless.Love that there is Trader Joe's near by and that the city is so calm which is great if you like street running like me. Overall happy with the move :D

Leslie Aririguzo: 4.5 star reviewPros-overall quiet complex-general maintenance requests are handled relatively quickly-Mellisa in the leasing office is extraordinary friendly and easy to work with-the general grounds of the complex are more or less well kept-up to date appliances in my unitCons-Twice in 3 months I discovered a sewer roach was hanging out on my bathroom floor. The second time it happened I made a maintenance request and an exterminator visited my apartment to handle the issue a few days later. I was told that the roaches are from the Long Beach City’s plumbing system and that the pipes are usually sprayed, so typically I wouldn’t encounter bugs; once in a while a bug or two makes it through however. Now, because the complex addressed the issue quickly, I feel like it wouldn’t be fair to knock off a complete star for that, but my aversion to roaches won’t let me not mention that incident.
