Binil Kandapallil: Amazing people to work with. Dino, the owner is such a good guy that he even gave me some free bonding for the extra carpet pieces after home carpet installation. Very reasonable pricing and professional quality. They did half of my house flooring and will definitely go back to them for the rest.

I had to reschedule the job a number of times and they accommodated my request without hesitation. I recommend them to everyone I know. They're simply the best when it comes to flooring!

Jeffrey Smith: , have Family Floors deliver the primed shoe base a few days in advance, and paint it yourself with a scuff resistant paint. This will save the backbreaking work of painting it once it’s installed. HINT #2: Floor installation in a VERY loud process, so if you live in an attached home, like our townhouse, be sure to amply warn your neighbors and bake them some cookies. PS; I was in Lowe’s recently and I saw the very nice floor guy whose installers turned down my job. I showed him some pictures of the job Family Floors did and he said he’d recommend them!
Tobie Talent: I was looking for a carpet store to purchase new carpeting for my stair case. Family Floors had a good selection to choose from. They ordered samples for me which were delivered the next day. They scheduled the job and the installers did an excellent job of removing and replacing the carpet in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend this business.

Next day had a man out to measure and advise on replacement of a kitchen floor left damaged by a tenant. Also a bathroom floor that was dated.A link was sent with samples and recommendations.Got an estimate for high quality vinyl tiles at a fair price, materials ordered and flooring installed the following week. Got calls from nice ladies on material choice, to setup the installation appointment and again to remind me the day before.The installers were on time, efficient and happy, friendly guys.I’ll be calling Family Floors for all my flooring needs going forward.
