Shereene Flo: There was a company that I had used before for my sister's wedding use was not available at the last minute, so I chose this company based on the reviews I found after doing a Google search showed it being all 5 star reviews. Mark took our party from the airport to the hotel in style by carrying us around and showing us the different sights. It was my friend's birthday who didn't know I had this planned.Right on time, pleasant ride and nice conversation. I enjoyed their professionalism, service, conversation, cleanliness of the vehicle, snacks.

Drove all over Long Beach. The vehicle is clean and well equipped with food and drink. It is comfortable temperature controlled and as I mentioned before, very clean!

Ben Garber: Visited town and initially took an uber, but they driver just didn't know where any thing was. So just ended up finding Alexis Limo just from calling and they first driver was competent. I asked for same dude, but they sent a really fun driver. Great experience and when go back to Los Angeles, will call then up. Thanks.

David Waller: First of all, the LGB is one of the fastest airports to get in and out of. We saw our chauffeur quickly as he held up the sign with our name on it. Our chauffeur helped with our luggage and we were on our way to Disneyland the happiest place on Earth!

WM LOSKOTA: Sam and his wife run this family business. They are very professional and responsive to our needs. I trusted Sam with a "meet and greet" at LAX for my son, his pregnant wife and 20 month old daughter after a flight from NY. He updated me on his route and arrival and his status along the way to our home. His SUV was immaculate and smoke free.My son said his driving skill were perfect and all enjoyed the rather long cross town rush hour trip. I recommend this family run company without reservation.

I cant tell you how many times i had to make changes to pickup location and times over the week leading into Prom night on 4/27/18. Each time I called, Karl was quite attentive, patient and understanding! Each time he made the changes and corresponded very professionally and well organized -- win win for everyone. We are located in Riverside and the event was held in Yorba Linda -- travel times required were smack in middle of heavy friday afternoon 91 freeway traffic -- our driver Karl arrived on time to pick up and on time to drop off and was very helpful. Reports brought back by the kids pretty much translated to: KARL IS FUN AND AWESOME! Especially bc he agreed to make an unscheduled pit stop at IN N OUT on the way home for them with no problem.
