We talked for almost an hour regarding my family's situation and how the MDG could help. The next day, Mike and Gabriela Jansen met me at an apartment I was remodeling and we put together a plan to rent the apartment that had fallen into disrepair and how to help other tenants whose requests for maintenance had been ignored. Mike and Gabriela explained MDG's portal for accepting tenant requests for repairs and I was impressed by their unwavering respect for tenants as people, first, then as customers who are vital to the success of their business. We agreed to work together, and as requests for deferred maintenance came in, MDG's auto emails announced the request, then announced when repairs had been scheduled, then announced when they had been completed. The repairs have been completed quickly, in a workmanlike manner and the cost for repairs has been an excellent value. I think most of the reviews here are from tenants, but from the other side, I am pleased to be associated with the MDG and its commitment to customer satisfaction on both sides of the landlord/tenant relationship.
