Joe Gores: Words cannot describe how happy I am to have found Louis. We were stuck in an apartment that smelled like sewage and had no working bathroom sink for over a month. Our landlords deliberately let their voicemail inboxes fill up so they wouldn't have to communicate with their tenants, and they stopped replying to emails or texts.Louis charged an incredibly low flat rate to fight for us and to help get us out of that place. Every day he was on the phone and writing emails to remind our landlords of their obligations. He communicated with us constantly about strategy and options, making it clear what was and wasn't possible. He responded immediately to even the smallest questions.In the end, our landlords refunded 100% of our deposit and waived our break-lease fees. There is no way we would have gotten that result if Louis hadn't been there fighting heroically for us every step of the way.
Mike Walker: Louis did a magnificent job for me. I talked to over 20 attorney's regarding a construction defect in my condo and Louis was the only attorney that didn't get aggressive right off the bat trying to represent me. Most attorney's are like "financial planners" that work for investment firms, with obvious conflicts of interest. Louis was the exception. He did a very thorough research job in half the estimated time, provided me with a detailed report and his notes. Based on the research he did he gave me very objective advice on how to approach the issue with my condo. I highly recommend him.
Rob Bruce: Louis was an unexpected surprise.For his flat rate he totally walked the extra mile on extricating us from a rotten lease with an unreasonable landlord.His fee was to broker a deal with the owners and their attorney in lieu of going to court. If the case did end up in court, more fees would be incurred and Louis made that very clear.He was caring and sympathetic, yet firm on carefully explaining what were "actionable" causes and how to navigate the process.He responded almost instantly to emails, or he would prompt us to call when it was necessary.
