melody flores: We really love this place for my baby. I’m a first time mom the receptionist is really helpful on helping me with my insurance for my baby. Doctor is excellent as well. They do phone consultations which is a plus . The doctor gets back to you in a timely matter.
melody adams: I usually dislike this staff here because they get so mad when I have questions about what are they putting into my kids they leave me on hold for a hour hang up and Today I called rolling my eyes expecting a tuff time And to my surprise someone Name Karen answered she was so nice she answered all my questions gave me helpful tips to make it easier Karen I was going to change doctors for my kids Thankyou for changing my perspective on this office I felt like a patient parent talking to you you make me want to bring my kids here and feel like they matter thanks for making my day so unexpectedly

M. Elena Gutierrez: Excellent Drs. My oldest is 24 and all of my 5 boys have been going there. Nothing personal but my 2 favorites are Dr. Tan & Dr Tsi of course you have to wait, when you don't have an appointment. Like any were else. I recommend them 👌 100%.Excellent Doctors, my eldest son is 24 years old and all my 5 males are patients. And if you have to wait your turn, if you go without an appointment. Like anywhere else. The parking lot is not an excuse, although it does. There are more places. Nothing personal but my 2 favorite Doctors are Dr.Tan 👨🏻🔬 & Dr Tsi 👨🏻🔬 I recommend them 100%

Rebecca Ortega: We have been seeing Dr.Quan since my son was a newborn. He has been excellent, thorough and so great with my son. My son has an upcoming surgery and throughout this whole process Dr.Quan has guided us in the direction we needed to go and answers all our questions with professionalism. When visiting if we do not have time to go through all my concerns Dr.Quan later follows up by calling me to resume which I greatly appreciate. He truly cares and celebrates the little changes and victories my son has. We appreciate everyone at Colombia Pediatrics but especially Dr.Quan who has been with us since the beginning.
Caroline See: We just love Dr. Gaoghagan. She is very knowledgeable, listens to all your concerns and has the best advise.
Christina Hernandez: Every doctor my son has seen has been amazing, I do wish the front office had better culture then they do... They openly and publicly express dissatisfaction with their day or job duties some are sarcastic and obnoxious. A woman who took my insurance info didn't even look at me when talking and after she asked me to have a seat turned and complained about how busy they were.. Not a good look for the great doctors they are representing.Over all I would definitely recommend this pediatric group.
Adrienne Allen: My sons have been seen by Dr. Quan since birth and I have always been very satisfied with their care. There have been times when the potential diagnosis was scary , but Dr. Quan made sure I understood every possibility as well as treatments needed for full recovery. I have never had any extreme waiting time to see the Doctor and this is especially important during a sick call. I now have two teenage boys who I still bring in to see Dr. Quan every year. My older son will probably be seeing a new Doctor in a couple of years just because he is getting older, but other than that, I have been very pleased with the care and service at Columbia Pediatrics.

E.L. Joan: Updating my review! Been coming here since 2019. Pediatricians and Nurses are friendly and helpful. Clean Facility. Beware: SOME front office staff are rude and short tempered. Waits are long if you schedule appointments in the afternoons.What to Expect:- I've experienced some Font desk on both well and sick waiting areas that have been rude and unable to communicate properly when asked questions regarding appointment and waiting time. TIP: if you can't get the information from them, ask for Kim the office manager or ask for one of the owner pediatricians so they can help.- There are some waiting times to be seen due to combination of front desk not being able to physically see you and the scheduling of patients being seen. TIP: Go on a day when its not packed or ask for the first appointment in the morning and Sit where they can see you!- You may have to remind some pediatricians on what was discussed on previous visits. Sometimes you need to initiate calls with them to follow-up on requests for your child. TIP: Just be on top of your child’s needs.
Guadalupe Delgado: I really like this place. Staff is always nice and Dr. Chou is the best she really cares and listens. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting some of the other doctors and all of them are very friendly and caring doctors. I’m so happy to have found this pediatric. I feel like my kids are in good hands.

My daughter Olivia and my wife always feel well taken care of, thanks to the amazing professionals at the clinic.Dr. Leila the main doctor, is fantastic, but I have to give a special shout-out to our pediatrician, Dr. Jude. She is incredibly kind and patient, and she never rushes our consultations. She takes the time to explain everything and makes sure that we have no unanswered questions. We are so grateful for her expertise and compassionate care.The staff at the clinic is also outstanding. Although I don't remember all of their names, they are all helpful, friendly, and committed to the well-being of the children and families they serve. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication! Ashley Cornell: We’ve been going here for a year and a half since my baby was born, Angela saw us for about a year and she was wonderful. We miss seeing her when we have an appointment! My son and I love the other doctors as well. They are all on the same page and love how easy each visit is. The doctors office we were originally going to have my son go to is closer but the wait times are 4+ hours. So happy and blessed we got placed here!!

My previous pediatricians office can't compare to this team; even over the phone they are quick and efficient to give you a call back if you have any questions.
