Sid T: Is the food was absolutely delicious it looks like a grocery store but then you see all the people waiting in line and everything is and they're not stingy with their meat sound like subway that might give you a spoonful of tuna on a 12-in sandwich this place it was almost too much for me or tuna I don't know about thief and all that but I had tuna and it was delicious

I've never had a bad, or poor quality meal here.. the taste is great, and you will be back, count on it..Parking: At the peak of the lunch rush, hard to park, big rigs stop in the middle of the street, so be careful driving..

Alfred Harding: Excellent food but the price is high, like you'd pay at a high end restaurant where some of the cost is to cover for the elegant surroundings and fawning service. Only you don't get that here when ordering takeout. There really isn't a dining room. Nice people but the price point needs an adjustment. Glad we tried it. It's litterally a mom and pop, which we love. No regrets. Hard working people, sometimes, you just have to pay for quality and then decide if it provides value for yourself.

KYNDRA CHOVAN: The Best Authentic Italian Food! The service, staff, atmosphere is Amazing...The Food was absolutely Spectacular!! This will be on my regular returns men.
Nicole Kofman: It was a small, quaint place, but great service. They don’t serve pineapple on pizza or Alfredo sauce, but their food is still delicious. They served Roman style pizza that was small, but delicious. I highly suggest you get the Estiva pizza. I don’t like pesto, but this was unique and tasted great. The tomatoes were sweet. Would get it again when I come back. Also ordered the Bergamasca which was also good and looks aesthetic. You can choose any sauce you want for the pasta you like although they might give you a recommendation. I got the Cacio e Pepe with linguini pasta. You can’t go wrong with your order. Would come back when in the area.

Allison L: are extremely friendly and will ask how you meal is throughout your time there. They love talking with customers and try to remember or call you by your name. The chef often will take a short break from cooking or yell from the kitchen to make sure you're happy with your meal. It feels like a family there.The pasta texture is perfect and the sauces are flavorful. I prefer to eat in for the experience but many prefer to do takeout. If you come within 1-2hrs of normal meal times it will be very busy! There are only 3 tables and they let you take their time. They even finish your meal with some small samples of complimentary espresso, or gelato. I usually order the cacio e pepe or pesto but enjoy their Romagnola pizza too
Rashmin Panchal: Excellent, authentic REAL Italian food - not the typical full of cream & cheese found in the States.Higher end prices - but for authentic, imported from Italy foods - reasonable.Be prepared to wait - food is always freshly made. You can order and come back in 30-45 mins or order on the phone. Also an option to take home & cook / warm up.Marco - chef & co-owner - takes great pride in his cooking - rightly so for the original recipes from his family experiences.Definitely worth the wait. Give it a try, you will keep coming back.
Emma Dixon: The fettuccine bolognese was top 10. It was comparable to my fav pappardelle bolognese at the Italian Homemade Company in Berkeley, CA. Pizza was Roman style--light bready crust: quite tasty. The dessert was rich and chocolately. Because it is a small place with 3 tables and a few bar-height seats, the wait can be over 30 mins at dinner time. But you can always order ahead and take it to the beach! Would definitely come back if I am craving authentic Italian food in South Bay!

Jo Ann Dreher: I love this restaurant!! It's like being in Italy. The food is real Italian. It is so delicious, like a piece of heaven. A lifetime ago, it was favorite restaurant. I just moved back to this area and it is just as delicious as it was in my memory. My friend was in the mood for Italian, which is what made me remember this place. She agrees that it was devine. It's very tiny, simple caffe. I like that it's unpretentious. You are paying for the exquisite food and nothing else. I've had Italian food twice this week and the other place was good, but I paid a premium for the location. I plan to take all my out of tiwn guests here.

I walk into this little place and was greeted by this little older gentleman with a thick but understandable Italian accent. He was very friendly. At the table by the door we’re four or five men speaking Italian. There was no crazy or over the top romantic decor. Just an amazing authentic Italian atmosphere. The food was excellent. They use great quality olive oil. We’re coming back next time we’re in town!
J K (Kor): I live in Long beach and my brother coming to town from Indiana and he said he want Italian food, i said all the Italian food that i know closed on Monday so i let him pick the place and he said come meet at Cafe Gazelle. All i can say this place is truly gem. I wasn’t hungry at that time but i ate all of what we ordered and it was super delicious. Best Carbonara i have ever had.
Kristin Davis: Service was fantastic: friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Literally every food item was excellent. It was the best ravioli I have ever had. It is pretty teeny, so not good for a group, but five of us had a great dinner in an intimate setting.
Jessica Castro: I lived in Belmont Shore for almost 4 years and this was our first time. This cozy little restaurant had delicious food, and great warm service. We were greeted, and we were able to choose where to sit. We went during dinner time on a Tuesday. They play soft jazz in the background, and its dimmly lit for a cozy feel and seating is nicely spaced out following covid-19 rules. They offer a sizeable wine list, and fresh warm bread to start. We had a salad to start, entrees, and followed by a shared dessert. We will definitely be coming again.
