He was pleasant and Informative. We never felt pressured or pushed which is a big plus for us.We spotted a hot tub in the corner that caught our attention but it was a bit over our original budget. It had everything we were looking for. Double lounger powerful jets energy efficient and a clean water system. Best of all we thought it really would fit in the space well but we were not sure. Cooper got our info and said let me work on this hot tub for you. Go home and measure your space and we will chat again. A couple of hours later Cooper called and said he worked with him manager and we’re able to offer an amazing price and included their special offer which included lots of freebies. We told him We need to think about it overnight. We did our homework on hot springs spas and found this vendor to be high quality with good ratings too. I even called a competitor to California Home Spas and Patio and when I told him the price we got on the Hot Springs Pace Model he told me to buy it. He could not come close to it. We went this morning to see it again and make sure this was the one. We were there about 45 minutes or so asking questions about warranty, dependability, filters, cleaning and delivery. Did I mention they threw in the delivery of this 700 lb plus spa? It was still a tad over our budget but we decided that we chose a luxury line vs a starter one so the difference was well worth it not to mention they gave us a discount and threw in the cover and so much more. We decided to move forward and order our dream spa. We can’t wait to get it and enjoy it for many years. 5 starts is not enough to give to this company but honestly none of this would not have happened if it had not been for Cooper. He worked very hard to make this deal happen and we are grateful. If you are thinking about a hot tub please visit the showroom here and ask for Cooper. You will be so glad you did.
