I have never encountered such excellence in customer service and friendliness as in my experience with this Pharmacy and pharmacist. I have a mild to moderate traumatic brain injury and Amit, the pharmacist, has been infinitely patient with me; especially since my injury has to do with short-term memory and organization.He and his staff are to commended for their strict attention to detail , and friendliness. The usual wait time is 20 minutes if you walk in AND wait in the pharmacy. Mason Hernandez: During my call this afternoon, I received exceptional customer service from the representative who assisted me. I have been experiencing difficulties with the backorder of my medication for several months, and she provided invaluable guidance while also assuring me that she will notify me once the medication is back in stock. Prior to reaching out to this pharmacy, I had contacted several others in the area, but their responses were unsympathetic and unhelpful, leaving me feeling neglected and unsupported during a challenging time. As a result of the positive experience I had today, I have decided to make this pharmacy my primary provider moving forward.
