John R. Kleinpeter: Victor reviewed a list of tasks over the phone and then an appointment was scheduled. He was able to complete most of the tasks from the list during the first appointment. Some tasks had to be rescheduled due to the availability of parts. I enjoyed working with Victor and observing his MacGyver-like strategies for solving problems.
