RICHARD DELAROSA: It was over a decade ago but I still remember my first meal here. This is a locals long standing hole in the wall. Owner is a straight up american tale. He also makes a mean Clam Chowder. The only reason why I don't think it has more reviews is that it's location may seem out of the way for most. People make the trek to come here because the food is simple, hearty, memorable and as fresh as wild catch gets. It's probably the best seafood in all of LA. At the very least, it's worth trying out.

Service was young and lacking a polished professionalism, but they did work as a team so there was ample attentiveness.Noise level was moderate with quite a few young children. Ambiance was that of a mid level seafood restaurant, which is exactly what it is. Definitely not for a romantic first date, but perfect for a group night out.Kid-friendliness: Too much. Children were left to run around screaming and disturbing other patrons.

Jasmine Marine: Came here on a date with my boyfriend and we had a great time. The employees were very helpful and the service was fast. The atmosphere is beautiful, you can enjoy the ocean view and hear the musical wind chimes from the shops nearby. My boyfriend ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich and said it was the best BBQ he’s ever had! I got the red beans and rice, it was ok but I'm not a pork eater and there was no substitute.There were many other delicious looking dishes that I also couldn’t try because of the pork.
Vinny M: First time eating here. Had the alligator legs, full slab of ribs. My friend had the shrimp boil. All was excellent and very tasty. While it is on the pricey $$$ side, I still felt like the quality was there and portions are good size. Definitely recommend if visiting shoreline village. The staff was also very friendly and gave good recommendations on what to try or share with my friend!
Andreina Melendez: Absolutely delicious! Everything was delicious and the service was great! Yes you do have to pay before you eat but you have to do that at Chick-fil-A too lol. This place is amazing if we could give it 10⭐️ we would. We had the Brisket sandwich, Crab boil, Catfish plate, Rice and Beans and the Peach cobbler. 🤤 everything was flavorful and served hot. Sweet tea was bomb too

Phalecig Gray: Visiting from Chicago and wanted seafood. The Manager John was phenomenal, his attentiveness was top notch. Krystal R was our server, she was polite and pleasant. The food was fresh and filling. I would suggest making adjustments when the product and market value doesn't match. Other than that, I will definitely return my next visit in October.
nick ventura: This is a very good place for seafood i love the vibe in this place the food was sooo delicious we got the crawfish and shrimp with mussels and corn 🌽 it was so good the flavor was on point like i just wanted more lol but yeah totally worth it everyone was nice there and they got a bathroom and what i liked it gets messy they give you a plastic bib and plastic gloves when you eat you dont get messy and also have good beer 🍺 choices so im definitely coming back 😁 👍

maymie Noble: This place is lunch/dinner with a party. Totally upbeat restaurant with lots of fun items on the menu, especially the cocktails. Great place to bring kids, they even have fun drinks for them! Would not recommend if you are looking for a quiet dinner, you need to be ready to join the fun when you arrive.Parking: Parking is tough on Long Beach by the Aquarium, especially on weekends.

BEN ZHANG: I visited this place many times, it's a beautiful place to see the sunset and harbor, the Bubba Gump is close to the harbor. It's a beautiful restaurant, there are two dining areas, one is inside, another is outside on the patio. I love the patio area, the air is fresh and you can see the fountain in the street and the LA aquarium right across the street. You can enjoy their food and the beautiful sights at the same time. Sometimes, seagulls or pigeons can come to you to say hello. They provide two kinds of food: seafood and farm food. Seafood like shrimp, crabs, clams, and salmon; farm food like ribs, chicken, and streak. I prefer their seafood, especially the shrimp, it tasted really good.Parking: Next door is the paid parking lot in the building for the Aquarium, if you go across the street there is a small outdoor parking lot, this one is free. I recommend parking in the building in the summer daytime.
