The Best Of Silly: The works presented there are marvellous. A must-visit!👍👍
james chapman: The exhibits were great. The museum is really nice inside and out. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the art and artisticVisited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No Price for adult entry $11–15 …
JD Roland Freisler: Decent. Beautiful art and architecture. Has great potential to put in a pond with some fish and exotic flora, which it lacks, and redesign it to add a few more floors. Otherwise awesome spot. Free entry on weekends. I have never been a big fan on abstract art but it was quiet, quaint, and very peaceful. Lastly and sadly to say, has limited displays.
Eugene De Guzman: I really liked the way the exhibits are presented. I feel a lot of reverence for the artists and respect to their history.Sadly, I always feel left wanting a little bit more to explore. There are so many great artists to learn about.
Steve Hertzfeld: Not a lot there at the time we went. Nice staff.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …
Francisco Gonzalez: Small but very interesting.
Sandra Flores: I loved this museum. The employees are really nice, if you have questions they can solve them. They have a garden with sculptures and a gift shop.Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes Price for adult entry Free …
Atturro Zanella: There is nothing better than going to a great museum and feeding the soul. The two exhibits were perfect.

Michael Winchester: We stopped in for the Lee Krasner and it was great to see her pieces in person. The art from the gallery namesake was as bad as the LA Times said, that said it did have some interesting qualities. I'm sure we will be back for the next exhibit.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No Price for adult entry Free …

Gma Reyes: This wonderful place is magnificent to come for a walk with the family, it is free and it has very well-cared for farm animals. The staff is very friendly and some are bilingual and willing to help with any question. The bathrooms are super clean. I was very surprised that there is ample parking. Its gardens are very beautiful. You can also hold events and professional photography only with permission and payment to the place, but it's worth it. I assure you

Heath Watté: Wonderful Experience! My Great Grandparents worked on the Ranch for the Bixby family and have great memories. It’s certainly from a different time and a different way of life. It’s a pleasure to see it as a museum that showcases early life on the rancho.

Margot ROBERT-AUMERCIER: My husband, my 5yo and I attended the Christmas tour. It was wonderful. My husband’s grand ma is nearly 100yo and it was so beautiful to see a house at Christmas decorated in the same way that when she was born. The entire experience was lovely, we were told so many great info on the house, the time, and how Christmas was celebrated back then. We felt welcomed and we were able to ask all the questions we had. It was truly magical and we loved the hot cocoa and delicious biscuit at the end. Thank you!

Mrs FlorLopez: Really interesting... I loved it!
Kevin Shin: Have lived in LA most of my life and this was the first time visiting. What a great place to explore. They have lots of cool models of ships and a whole section just for kids to play and explore. The location on the LA Waterfront with views of the USA Iowa and the port complex really help tie the exhibits to our current reality. Definitely an awesome place to take kids and a great place for adults to check out too.
Henriette H Rieffel: . the museum is absolutely a must see because of the historical records and interesting artefacts, both for the social coastlines and for the ports.

Kike: Nice place to visit. It is free but if you want when you leave there is a place where you can leave a voluntary tip. And it's worth giving. You can record and take photos. Braedyn Beal: Splendid museum encompassing a wealth of knowledge surrounding marine life, history of the port, and pure craftsmanship and mastery of ships/boats. Admissions is FREE but donations are appreciated. While there, we met and spoke with Scotty, the volunteer pictured in the marine radio command center photo. She provided us an in-depth explanation and demonstration of live marine radio traffic which was astounding!Overall, the museum and surrounding port areas were neatly kept, filled with things to see, and activities to partake in. Worth the trip!
