Shawntae Cardoza: My appt was at 7:30am. Temu greeted me warmly. They took my car in immediately. Temu found out my extended warranty was expired. He made me aware the charge without it. Too expensive for me at that time, but I'll be back eventually. Temu was so nice to me. The place was super clean too!

What I most appreciated was one of the assistant managers taking the time to show me how to use all the vehicles function on the Mazda3 which in my previous car buying experience with other auto brands had never done with me before. Charo Balonkita: Scheduling with the Service Center online was fast and easy. The appointment was at 7:30 but we were able to drop off the car early. By 8:40am, I received a text message with a link to the video of my car’s inspection. That to me is the best part because I don’t have to be on-site to get an update. A few minutes after I got their recommendation for brake replacement along with pricing. By 11am my car was ready for pick up. Fast, accurate, and reliable service.Kathy Nguyen was assigned to give me updates and she was very helpful and responsive. Great job, Team South Bay Mazda Service Center.
Pezikon: I had a positive experience. The staff was courteous and professional, but also personalable and honest. The vehicle inspection at South Bay Mazda is much more thorough than what I get from a generic mechanic. Receiving a video on my phone of the vehicle inspection adds a whole new dimension to the service experience. I felt more informed and it showed quality work. When service was going to take a few more hours to complete unexpected repairs, i was blessed with a brand new, all-electric, Mazda courtesy vehicle! It was a fun smooth ride. Channon Kelly: I would like to recognize Kathy N. she went above and beyond. I brought my Cx-5 in for rear shocks. I called earlier in the week to ensure they had the parts. When I arrived Kathy took it upon herself to go and verify to ensure they had the parts. Then she recommended an additional service which in total was pretty costly but gave me a special discount so I can get all the services completed because I was putting my car on the road for holiday. Last my car was supposed to be washed and they didn’t do it. Kathy took my car back to get it washed. I will be returning to Kathy as my service advisor. She exemplified what great customer service looks like and valuing the customer.

Glenn Clements: My CX-9 was making a clunking noise that I reported to the service department while the car was under warranty. They couldn't find any issue. After the warranty expired, the noise got more pronounced. I bought the car back to the dealership and they put their shop foreman on the job. It was an obscure, uncommon problem, but they found it and fixed it free of charge. John at the service department desk was very helpful.

No further sales pitch during documentation phase . Took a star off only because vehicle prep was poor: Wheel locks weren't installed. Tire pressure were all over the map: 56, 46, 46, 40.
