Everything was just so effortless and everyone was so friendly, warm and accommodating. Ryan Diers: Flight was great, crew was professional and definitely the best way to travel to Avalon/Catalina Island!Only concern was lack of signs/information on how to get to the heliport/parking. Drove around for about 30 minutes before the flight struggling to find where to park/where to go.

Online Support: Good pilot. Organized operation. Confirmed twice with two different staff that our aircraft will be Sikorsky but a-star was sent. However, I am updating the review to 5 stars because of their great customer service and for them taking the time to reach out.

Barb Mcalpin: My son and I took the Helo tour over Hollywood and LA then a picnic at Two Rivers Catalina with Lorenzo Lamas as our pilot. Was an amazing experience. The IEX helicopters staff were very friendly. We had to change the dates twice due to unforseen circumstances and they were very accommodating. Planning on another picnic and different tour with them next year. Highly recommend them.

I really appreciate all the history they shared with us as we Soared from Long Beach Airport up to the coast and past Santa Monica pier! I felt like a star over Beverly Hills enjoying the bright Hollywood sign! Finally hovering close to Dodgers and SoFi stadium and Zooming past Downtown LA! The pilot landed the helicopter with ease and perfection! That's why helicopters are better than planes!
