Princy: The service turnaround time is the fastest i have ever experienced. My Nikon Z8 was a part of the service advisory and it was serviced and repaired in just one day. The gentleman at the center was very nice and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. It was my first visit and I am extremely happy with the experience. I would 100% recommend it.

I came in to get my Sony A7ii fixed due to an unresponsive button. He had the exact parts I needed in stock and was able to replace the button/upper circuit that was causing the problem in the same day! Modern camera repair is not cheap but it’s a lot cheaper than losing the whole camera! Overall very happy with Dean’s repair!

Repairing Rolleiflex TLRs, (including Rolleiflex 2.8F, 3.5F, Rolleiflex 2.8E-3, 2.8E-2, 2.8E, 2.8D, 2.8C, , 2.8B, 2.8A, Rolleiflex 3.5E-3, 3.5E-2, 3.5E, 3.5, Automat X, 3.5 Automat MX, Automat MX E-V, SL66, Tele Rolleiflex, Wide-Angle Rolleiflex, and Rollei 35.
Use a new cardboard carton. If the camera is damaged in shipping and you used an old box the insurance adjuster will claim it was packed improperly. Use at least two inches of packing around the entire camera.
For most Rollei TLRs we use a 10 inch by 8 inch by 8 inch cardboard carton. Pack it tightly so the camera doesn't move around in the box.
Warning: Do not use the larger air cushions, air pillows or air bags! They will not hold the camera in place! Your Rollei will just end up on the bottom of the box and be subject to impact and damage!
We use the bubble pak with one inch diameter bubbles. We wrap the camera in bubblepak and then overfill the carton with Styrofoam "popcorn".
Besides your Rolleiflex you can include a the original case and lens caps or filters in place of lens caps. Please don't pack a sunshade or any other accessories unless they are to be repaired.
Please don't include other cases that are several times the size of the camera.
You can include the factory case as pictured below and lens cap for protection.
With or without the case please enclose your Rolleiflex in a plastic bag before you wrap it in bubble pak.

M M: Old school specialized camera repair, for rolleiflex cameras. Not cheap, but hopefully worth what I am getting for in repairs. A long waiting list and meticulous care makes for a lengthy turn around for your camera.we shall see once they're finished with mine which be ready in another month or so.

He specializes on Rolleiflex cameras but I'm very sure he can fix other cameras just as well. From 1-10 his work is 11 or better. Off chart! A master of his craft.

Lynn Giering: I went to Ace Tech two times. The first time with a broken old Christmas music box. They said that they didn’t do that type of repair but recommended a place nearby that did. Ace Tech was right on. The recommended place did an outstanding job at a reasonable price.The second time was to repair a desktop computer that had some sort of thermal problem. They said it would take a few days to get to it … I’m sure every customer wants their item fixed today … but everyone has to realize that they aren’t Ace Tech’s only customer.A few days went by and I called to check on the progress. One of the friendly Ace Tech guys said the computer was done, but they were just running some more diagnostics to make sure it was 100% OK. An hour later they sent me a text telling me my computer was ready to be picked up. Screen did not break, but acted funny. So much for shock proof case. Screen was replaced at a reasonable price, and based on available in stock item. Disappointed water proof seal not could not be reapplied with new screen. My experience is guys are fair and honest about repairs. Phone works again and if I have other issues, will stop by again.
