Cynthia Meekins: I really like the techs at Precision. I have used them in the past and have been very satisfied. Mitch and Romeo helped me on 8.03.2023 and 8.04.2023. I couldn't get the door to open after installing a new battery. Initially, I inadvertently scheduled another company to come out. They were actual scammers! Thank goodness I didn't pay them anything. So, I called Precision. This is the reason I am rating them a 4 and not a 5. The rep who answered the phone, Autumn, was very friendly. INITIALLY! I asked how she was doing and then her voice changed. She became cold, curt and uninviting. I tried to ignore it bc I needed my garage door repaired and I was tired. As I mentioned to her, I was a previous customer. She looked up my info. and then gave me an appointment for the next day. At this point, her attitude was so bad and totally unprovoked, but I contiuned. When she asked if that appointment was ok, I reluctantly said, "Ok", but I was bothered bc I KNEW they offered service 24/7 or emergency services. She never gave me this option so I tried to give her an opportunity to redeem herself so I said, "If this is the best that you can do!" Totally ignored. At this point, I had enough of her. So I asked her to put someone on the phone who was willing to assist me. I told her about her funky attitude as well. I waited a couple of minutes and then Ashley came on the line. I told how bothered I was by Autumn and if they weren't willing to serve me let new know bc I would gladly go elsewhere. Ashley, was patient, professional and helpful. She scheduled Mitch to come later that night, which he did. He wasn't able to repair it, so it was decided to replace the motor, which Romeo did the next day.Since Autumn has issues providing equal customer service bc of what she thinks ppl look like, she shouldn't interact with customers. She almost cost the company $1400. The techs work too hard to lose business bc of her and her preconceived notions. DO BETTER AND BE BETTER!

He stopped by to check it out. He explained how an external spring system would be better. Better for maintenance and future repairs…if needed. I liked him and what he said. So we set the appointment up to convert my internal springs system to an external spring system. Leo came through two days later and finished the job in a few hours.
