Heidi Ortiz: So good! Perfect taste in perfect size bigger isn't necessarily better when it comes to tamales. I've had many many tamales and have made many many tamales and these are some of the best frozen tamales I've ever had. Emmaus is so tender I recommend cheating in the microwave with a damp paper towel to keep the moisture topping it with salsa or enchilada sauce. So happy I found them finally!!

Don Dudley: I can't explain what xlnt is like. I am 76 years old and I can remember as a very small child my Mom & Dad would get Xlnt tamale 's for dinner. One day when I was older I had another brand and I said never again if it's not xlnt it is not a TAMALE.. I stopped eating at Tommy's because they stopped serving xlnt tamale's.

Candice & Phil: FGS Kitchen is great! Dina the owner and founder is simply amazing and has the biggest heart. The kitchen is a good size and has all the essentials that you need all at a reasonably low minimum.

I was paying for something that wasn’t helpful.I reached out to Dina & immediately she set time aside for me and my husband and helped guide us with exactly what we needed to do. Within a few days of her help, I received my Long Beach Business license!
Christina Thuch: Feel Good Salsa Kitchen was the only commissary/commercial kitchen we could find in the Long Beach area. We were pleased to find that it had all the basics we needed, 24/7 and easy access, and best of all a reasonable minimum for us small businesses trying to start off. Additionally, the owner Dina is extremely helpful with the permitting process and a wealth of knowledge in the industry that she shares so generously. We are so lucky to have found this hidden gem!
