Kim Stuart: Always full of friendly people, lovely facility, absolutely stunning waterfront location. The only drawback is the parking situation. So much of the actual parking lot is dry storage that there is almost no room left for vehicles and the street parking is neither cheap nor plentiful unfortunately.
