Jeanne Wooldridge: On second appointment everything was great as was the first one. I'm really glad I took a sweater. Really cold in there. Also the receptionist helped me get a cab. I have nothing bad to say! My appointment today with Doctor and nurse was good. However,there was four people at the desk,one person in the waiting room and the girl I asked to call a cab for me said she was too busy. Wish I had gotten her name. July 10th, 2:30. Not happy.

Jeanne Erwin McMahon: Would have been 5 stars if I had not been kept waiting for an hour and a half. My appointment was at 2:00 and I was not seen until 3:30. Once taken into a room the staff, as usual took good care of me and the dentist was thorough. I didn't get back home until 5:00 pm.

It’s because of them that I’m no longer terrified to get dental work and I’m finally taking care of my dental health as I should be.
Leti Angelica Diaz: Long Beach Family Dentist is always a great place to come and have services! I love all the smiling faces everyone treats you with respect. Prices are great flexible pay plans you can afford. I love my smile has come a long way let me tell you. My overbite was a complicated case and I was told an other offices before I would have to have surgery. Here I was able to have traditional braces and tads installed overall a little over 2 1/2 years later braces will be coming off soon. I can’t be more happy. With the pricing, the staff, the doctors & everyone I am happy I came here to the right place. I more than recommended Long Beach Family Dentist. JOSE ESTRADA: I had some work done here at the office and I just want to say it's the best decision I have ever made. When I called to make the appointment the girls there were very helpful . The reception area was clean and so was the room. Everyone was very cautious about wearing there mask I felt safe. The coordinator helped understand my treatment and put on a educational 2 min movie. The dentist was kind and addressing my needs. While I was having my treatment done a movie was put on , it was great because it distracted me legible getting my treatment. When everything was done I was given instructions on how to take care of myself . I had a root canal done . It was a 2 hour treatment , I am very afraid of dentist but the dentist and staff there make the experience pleasant. I would definitely recommend.

Cynthia Kennedy: My grandson needed an exam and cleaning asap; the staff gave me a same day appointment. Whoa!!! I was expecting to wait a few weeks for my grandson to be seen. Also, I found Paramount Dental on Groupon so I purchased a groupon for a very affordable price. Suprisingly, when I arrived at the Dental Office, the staff gladly accepted the Groupon. I told the staff that he had medi-cal and I was trying to get his medi-cal switched to straight medi-cal because of dissatisfaction with the previous Dentist. The staff checked my grandson's medi-cal and confirmed that he had straight medi-cal and they handled his services with his medi-cal. I cancelled the Groupon payment with no problem. He was examined on a Tuesday, two days later on Thursday, a Pediatric Dentist treated the problems then a Orthodontic Doctor did a consultation. My grandson is a special needs kid and the staff were able to make him calm and completed the work quickly and with ease. My little one came out and gave me a big hug. My husband and I really thought our guy was going to give the staff and doctors the worse time ever, but the staff had it all under control. I am sooooooooo glad I found this Dentist office. Now I need to see if I can get my other kids transferred to Paramount Dental Care & Specialty.
Chantha Chan (Tony): The staff were helpful and friendly and got me sign in quick. The doctors were professional. I got seen and out real quick and they always asked if I have any questions or concerns. I would recommend this place to my friends or anyone new looking to get their dental done. I also recommend coming in early like 15 mins or earlier to your appointment as Parking might be hard to find.

A couple of months ago I had a little complicated procedure but everyone helped me until I fully recovered. Dr. Jonathan B personally called me to follow up on my improvement. I am very delicate for any dental procedure but this office is highly recommended. Thanks to all attendees, reception and Dr B for the humane way of working

I went for a cleaning and they did a deep cleaning with no pain at all. I'M BEYOND HAPPY to have found them.

Elnora Bunkley: Dr. Chui was great. He continues to check on me while he was doing the work. He has a gentle and steady hand. Receptionist were both welcoming. The tech was training but she seems like she will excel in her career because the experienced tech was open to train her and patience. The office is small and comfy. They explained in detail insurance coverage as well as work being completed and the music is the best.
