Fernando: I stopped by this store a few days ago looking for some walking/jogging shoes. I was helped out by Christian who helped me get an size scan for the shoes and even brought out 3 different pairs in slightly different sizes for me to find my most comfortable fit.Unfortunately they didn't have anything in my size since my size happens to be fairly uncommon and usually special order. Even then Christian went above and beyond and called a sister store a few miles down and was able to find a pair for me there and put it on hold.If anyone is looking for some new running/walking/jogging shoes and wants an experience and fit that is the most accurate to you I'd definitely recommend Runners High over any run of the mill Adidas or Nike.

They greet you promptly with a positive attitude and take the time to work with you for the proper fit shoe. When a pair of shoes have to be ordered they contact you in a timely basis when they arrive at the store. They also take the time and not rush you when trying on a few different types of shoes that you would be satisfied with for performance. I visited the store couple times with both Priscilla and Cameron and again, it is a pleasure for them to work with me on another pair of shoes.1/17/22I would again, like to recognize another one of the employees at Runners High at the Long Beach Exchange store by the name of Patrick. I was again in the market for another pair of Brooks shoes and Patrick was extremely helpful and did not rush through the measuring process. Since they did not have the model I wanted, he recommended another version of Brooks to try and if they did not meet my needs to return them and would order the pair that they were out of stock. It would take a couple weeks with the shipping concerns that was occurring nationally. I was leaving town so I would try the Brooks GTX version. It is nice to have a positive representative taking the time to review options and make accurate measurements of the feet and making sure I was happy with the decisions we made. Thanks to Patrick for a positive visit on 1/17/2022.

Van Bradley, Sr: Very small Nike store. It's one of the smallest I've ever been to. Seems like they carry mostly women's Nike items. But very nice, nice staff, and they seem to have mostly the latest stuff. It's not like an outlet store. The mall that it's located in is VERY nice, nice crowd, and best of all ... Pet Friendly. Seems pretty safe, too.

I used to go to their locations back in the late 90's and was rarely disappointed.When I stumbled upon this store I was looking for wrestling and specific hockey equipment. They did not have either. They did have a good selection of sports tape.

Not the place to go for any soccer gear as the options are slim.The thing for me though was it smelled really bad towards the back of the store. Come to find out it's because the shop next door is a smoke shop.The staff inside was really helpful and even held some baseball gear for me while I ran home to get trade-in stuff.

Tom Heaney: Recently visited for the first time and was very pleasantly suprised. I exchanged an item for store credit and found quickly found exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I was rather stunned by the vast range of goods available from wetsuits and surfboards to t-ball stands and skateboards. The staff was quite helpful as well. I don't buy sporting goods very often, but I will probably make Play It Again Sports my first stop when I do.
