Elnora Bunkley: . I hope I was able to teach them that customer service is important and you never know what a person is dealing with so you need to always smile, greet, and be attentive and most importantly you have until a person walks out that door to change their opinion.
Deena Deutsche: I came here to pick up a pre order. There was a cashier helping a customer, a girl helping another with ballons and two guys talking nehind the counter. After a few minutes there were two of us customers, one at the register and me. The two guys were talking about a customer one of them had earlier and the girl with the ballons walked away. No one single employee askes me if I needed assistance even though I was standing right in front of the counter. Ten minutes went by and I had to ask the cashier for help.I will never go back.
dawn h: Went for a masquerade mask for cousins prom, last minute. I know, I know. Great news is they had a variety! We bought two! Customer service was excellent! I feel bad not remembering her name. I want to thank her for her assistance. She went above to help. I'm on a knee scooter n we also bought 10 for $1 candies! We're going back for graduation next week!

They have a HUGE selection & then some. They're tucked away, so, you really don't know they're there, but, well worth shopping in. If you're a #thespian/ #dayplayer/ #reenactor, then this is your place. If you have kids & you need costumes for school plays or event, then this is your place... their prices even beat Spirit Costumes!

I didn't really go for the costumes just for the makeup. It beats buying them online and having to pay shipping. It's definitely worth a visit to this little Nook you would be surprised what you would find. The staff is nice and very helpful.
