Àñnette: Be sure to get your receipt. I was in the store and asked for my receipt to be sent to my email. I never received an email from this Staples. It was concerning a return to Amazon. Now I have no proof that I returned the item. I called the customer service department and was told someone else would call me tomorrow. Now I am waiting to see what happens next?

Saquina Akanni: Received excellent service in every department as we needed lots of help in preparation for participating in the Long Beach Tent Event doing a fundraiser Raiser for Veterans using our SleepM Biocrystal Technology Products. We are also raffling away the Eye Mask Stress Relief Product. We needed photos, business cards and printed. We also had to create a stand up poster board and Inquiry forms. They helped us create everything needed from pictures and forms from our email. They were curious and patient even though they short handed. We left with everything we needed.
