Josh: A family member recommended this alternative medicine store/clinic to me and I came in for a consultation to see the herbalist doctor. He felt my pulse, looked at my tongue and asked me what my symptoms were. Then he prescribed an herbal formula and instructed me to boil the herbs and drink like tea. After I drank the herbal tea and after a week, I felt my symptoms improve. I recommend anyone who is interested in traditional Chinese medicine to look into this store/clinic and do a consultation with Dr. Shen.

Elena Tahery: I was coughing so much from a flu. I went my regular dr and got meds that did not work. I went go dr shen at TC herb and he gave me herbs to make tea with. It took only less than a cup of the tea I made. OI woke up all well. My throat felt normal. My post nasal drip was gone. I was breathing so well like I just went through a renewed machine. There is also a boxed tea bag upper pulmonary problems in this store that if I had sore throat I just drink this tea and the sore throat and the awful feeling in my nasal passages go away so quickly. This store and Dr Shen are amazing. I love this store. It has helped me and my family greatly. ❤❤❤

I have never used this type of services before so I am not aware if it is "pricey" "expensive" or "fairly priced" what I do know is that after years of suffering from insomnia and trying this that and the other, I now sleep soundly through the night and wake up feeling great each and every morning!The entire staff has treated me professionally, respectfully and Dr. Chen has been great.

Cindy Gao: This is my first time to Dr. Shen's clinic, I've never been to any Chinese herbal nutrient centers in U.S because I don't know how effective they are. Until I read reviews on ChineseinLA and DealMoon blog reviews, I decided to give it a try. The clinic is very clean and welcoming, there are a few uniformed nurses helping with clients and Dr. Shen to give consultation and treatment. This place is very homelike since I usually go to Chinese herbal nutrient centers in China, so I can easily tell if I like the clinic or not. Dr. Shen is patient and kind, he doesn't give you suggestions until you tell him what you needed. When he does, they are helpful ones. I have a 7-day nutrient tea to help my stomach bloating, I look forward to see the result.

Joe Micciulla: I wanted to wait to write this review because I was unsure how far I would progress with acupuncture. Before I started my treatment with Melani I was limping for 2.5 years and I spent a year with RSI in both my arms and right shoulder. My mental health was declining as well. During this time I could only walk for .5 of a mile, I could barely stand to brush my teeth, and I could not play my instruments. My body felt like glass 24/7, standing or sitting. I started acupuncture in June 2022. As of November 2022, I am now able to walk 3.5 miles a day, stand to cook dinner barefoot, and play the piano for 30 minutes. My quality of life has returned and my pain is now easily manageable. I am forever indebted to the Doctor and her incredible staff.
