Julie knight: We went into the store on a Sunday after having a phone stolen from a public place Saturday night. Yessi was the only person working and about 4 customers were in the store at once. She was so professional and calm and tended to all of us in a way that it made a trip to the phone store on a weekend quite enjoyable. She was playing really good music at a good volume, not too loud but just right to give us a chill groove as we waited. She was calm and patient when explaining and sometimes re-explaining how the AT&T stuff works. She had a gorgeous new iPhone in stock and we found a beautiful case in the store.
