Mz Pc: It was my first time there and I loved it. You do have a sauna room all to yourself unless you come with a friend or partner there is one for two, and the salt room, is to relax and lay back. Also if you are wondering what to wear in the salt room just be comfortable, I did look it up because I was not sure, I just wore a sundress and you cannot wear shoes in the salt room, but they do have booties for you, and they provide a locker for your personals, I hope this answers any questions you may have.

It’s SUPER clean in the saunas and beautiful salt rooms! The staff were welcoming, friendly and are ready to answer any questions. The owner did a great job in creating such a peaceful atmosphere while promoting overall health and wellness for everyone. If you haven’t experienced the benefits of a sauna or salt room session yet, going to Heat and Halo just once is all it takes to get hooked!
Ashley Westfall: Very nice place. Staff is very helpful and friendly and if you want a great sauna experience, this place is it. Personal sauna room, desired scents and lighting, and a monitor for pandora or Netflix while you sweat it out. Nice and clean. Will be coming back.

Christina Saldana: I just wanted to share my experience with Jodi A. It was for a massage and Reiki. It was AMAZING. Not too many times do you experience God with other people but it was a magickal experience. She was very intune with the places in the body that were bothering me. I didnt even have to speak words and she intuitively found them and was able to remove the spasms from my legs and tension from areas I had been holding onto for years!!! The sense of trust and ability to let go and relax I have yet to experience with not too many people but experienced with her. The connection she has with her channel in regards to reiki is very open, full, and light. As she works, her body becomes the conduit or tool for channeling in what is for your highest interest. She literally steps out of the way and allows her souls energy to come in to bring in a fuller healing experience. The energy coming through her is naturally so expressive from her being so open ✨️ you can experience a almost full sense of knowing with what is occuring within your reiki healing. When I completed the session my sense of connection, happiness, and joy were so expanded. This is something that I hadnt experienced in years. I felt more connected to God and my soul overal. It was beautiful. I AM SO GRATEFUL 🙏

Vivian Fenald: Amazing massage place, great prices, I've taking foot massage, chair and combination of foot and full body massage. The foot massage is my favorite its so relaxing, I go every 2 weeks, they take walk ins and close late.

Samantha Staggs: By far the best foot massage place in the entire antelope valley. It’s not just reflexology but actual massaging as well. The male and female workers during my session were not only very respectful and friendly but we’re warm and inviting. They took their time and didn’t rush. In addition to that they ask what pressure you want and if you do the body massage what areas you want/don’t want massaged unlike other similar establishments that had me feeling very violated by the end of the session. I can’t say enough how pleased I am with my experience I plan on coming back as often as I can!!

My friend and I went in in the evening time when I got off of work and we both got a one hour full body and after that massage I wanted to get my feet done but she didn't and so when they sat us down to relax... The guy that was taking care of my feet also made sure to provide us both with a bottle of water and also pulled the stool out for her and laid her back and gave her a towel to cover her eyes and a blanket to relax while she waited on me to get my feet finished! Honestly now that I'm talking about it out loud I don't think that I tipped well enough and I definitely plan on tipping more when I go back! The prices cannot be beat and it was very very very relaxing!
Marian Co: This place is incredible! I keep referring friends here but they don’t seem to have an online presence which makes it difficult to send someone, so I figured out how to add them to google maps. I’ve been here 4 times, mostly for foot massages. I’ve traded in pedicures for foot massages, because let’s be honest, the massage in a pedicure is the best part. Why not have an hour of that instead? Well worth the $38 for an hour of relaxation. They also do a combo with a 30min body and 30min foot massage for $40. They’re able to accommodate groups, just give the courtesy of calling ahead, but walk ins are also welcome. I will warn, sometimes you can hear the martial arts studio next door, but I haven’t found that to bother me. It’s muffled by the walls and music.
