Monica Mu: I have been here twice now for mammograms, ultrasounds, and most recently - a biopsy. Every person that I have come in contact with has been very kind and professional from the receptionists, technicians, and doctors. Thank you Angela J and Dr Hanna for being so nice and talking me through a procedure I was so nervous about today. I am glad I was referred to this center.

Angelica Schaefer: Thank you for your care at AVOIC at the women’s imaging center. You did a great job getting me in quickly and handling my diagnostic mammograms/ultrasound/biopsy. Timothy Kacer: I'm not sure why this facility has such a low review. I went in for an MRI on my leg, and everything was as expected.
Kristin Dominic: The tech that brought me back for my semi open MRI was super nice. He was wearing a Billabong hoodie and he made me feel super comfy. I'm not claustrophobic but it was nice. And then the tech was different when I was done and he helped me get up as my back had tightened up while I was in the MRI. So you've got great employees there.

Diane Gonzales: Came in this morning at 7:15 am on Jan 24-2023 my appointment was for 6:45 am so I thought. When Ms. Angela said no it's at 7:45 pm I said no it was for 6:45 am long story short she talked with Ms Gina. And they made it happen I am so grateful for the teamwork that both of them displayed on patients' rights! Thank you so much to both women I appreciate you
Hope: When we arrived at the facility for my appointment this morning the young lady Abbie was the only one there, even though she had a long line she had a positive attitude, willing to go above and beyond. Unfortunately my appointment was not scheduled for another week, yet this young lady tried so hard to get me seen today, she took the time to make me feel like I mattered. I decided to just keep my appointment and allow her to move on. Very sweet and pleasant young lady to work with, looking forward to returning the day of my appointment and working with her. Unsure why she was alone though, but her attitude never changed.
marisela chavez: I came in over the weekend with my mom to get an MRI and the young lady, Flor, at the front was so helpful and caring. My mom is very claustrophobic and she explained to my mom the exam and somehow calmed her down and was able to complete her MRI.

T Turner: Cannot say enough positive things about this Center’s staff … because after all … it is only a building in itself. The staff, though, are beyond phenomenal! Doctors, techs, nurses … I couldn’t ask for better, kinder, more compassionate or knowledgeable support who explained everything … leaving no worries or questions.

mindy reed: All of the staff and Nurses were above and beyond fabulous. We bring our emotional support doggy everywhere with us and Nikko was waiting with me for Daddy to have his Surgery. My Husband's Nurse kept an eye on Nikko while I went to see my Husband afterwards in recovery. She was so sweet. Everyone loved Nikko and were so nice to my Husband. Very happy with this experience.

Lunasusu U: and due to the odd position of tumor she was unable to remove it. She left without updating us. A neuphrolgy doctor that we had never meet updated us but did not explain anything. He was not contracted with city of hope but through the hospital. Her stay there was a nightmare. Dr wittig never came to see her as promised. We got through the stay but my mom was put into hospice and died 3 weeks later. My point is I hope that city of hope gets their own hospital because A.V. is terrible. Dr wetting is a good surgeon but doesnt communicate well all the time. And I feel that because she is a top doctor in her field...she needs a better schedule for emergencies. Everyone at the clinic was always nice. Kind and helpful...especially the urology staff.

Roger Durtschi: Very kind and patient receptionists, nurses and staff. When I'm sick, it can be difficult, but the friendly employees make the experience easier to deal with. Dr. Hannoun's skills are rock-solid and he has a terrific bed-side manner.
