Sean: Excellent service and wide selection of high quality perfumes $50-$500+, including Dolce & Gabbana, Intenso, & Coach perfumes plus colognes. Jazmine who was working when I went very kindly allowed me to sample a couple scents which smelled amazing. Not all the scents have testers available especially because only one or a couple are available and due to high cost and limited access of colognes. One employee working named Jazmine went out of her way describing available perfumes and colognes. I was happy to try a couple of scents, noting that I would probably not make a purchase of any particular scent. She seemed to understand and yet continued offering great customer service, as if I would purchase a scent in the future. Given that they have multiple scents that I love, I am excited to purchase here in the future when stopping through. And I would highly recommend this store and mall overall.One striking con of this shop is the over abundance of scents and boxes plus packaging present on the shelves which severely detracts from the appearance and incentive to shop here. The aura and ambience is off due to this over abundance of scents. It makes some of the nicer scents look lower quality which did not motivate me to purchase them. However, I notice how much more enticing scents like perfumes are when presented behind glass displays or more individually in stores like Nordstrom or more private boutique type stores. While it could be an improvement to enhance display in this store, if they’re making good sales then maybe this is unnecessary. If there is room for improvement, I definitely think more appealing displays of the scents would make them appear more valuable.
