Mauro Tauro: the parking lot on the club side should sorta match the energy inside ? Could use more lighting and clean up. Once inside the club looks nice and the setup looks very modern and I would even compare it to those big popular clubs on a smaller scale of course . Especially the lighting on the dance floor is very well executed. The drinks are not overpriced and staff was attentive & over all the ambient is very welcoming . Music wise . Top tier . All types of Music with a special touch from owner/dj. . Outside they have a patio where they sell food and have a pool table and the patio looks very well kept. Restrooms are clean. Very private . One thing to note they don’t allow alcoholic drinks outside . I was geeked to be in a new spot and I failed to read the sign … security guard came up to us in a very serious tone . We couldn’t have them outside & there was a table by the door for us to leave them at. I apologized and explained it was my first time . Won’t happen again… as he leaves he comments something under his breathe . Earlier I just had finished ordering a drink and stepped to the side to wait for my party and apparently a rough 3 taps on the elbow and a mean mug is the way to move patrons out of his way. I figured it’s his job to be vigilant but when it came to the ladies he was all smiles and chuckles and his hospitality was top tier . I don’t need to u have conversation with me but hey don’t make feel unwelcome especially when your the authority of the night . Through out the night i noticed he was mean mugging at some and with others no. Which I’m sure he can care less … since I over heard him say these jobs are just temp till he gets a call back from where he actually wants to work. Drag show was great ! Best part ! Some say shows run long but hey an lgbt friendly spot isn’t true if they don’t have these amazing queens. Over all I’ll definitely be back. I recommend checking it out .

ile ramos: So far my experience has been great. I do wish people would get off the machines if they are on the phone especially when it’s busy. Doesn’t happen often but, it’s happened enough especially in the circuit room. Either way that’s a people problem not a business problem. Over all the staff if really friendly and helpful. Jeremey White: I love this gym! I have been a member since 1994 and an employee on 2 different stents from the Palmdale location to the old location that is now Crunch to this location on AVE K. There have been some decent upgrades for power cages. There needs to be more free benches for dumbbells and barbells. I have heard it said that "we don't cater to the body building crowd." This was from a former GM who didn't really know his base. There are many more bodybuilders at this gym from the young and aspiring to retired and competitive. There are many more bodybuilding than are playing on the fixed motion machines. I have also heard from corporate via Regional Fitness Manager and Area Fitness Manager that there are no plans to bring back Kids Club. This is a huge mistake financially as many families work out together and are now forced to go to INSHAPE simply because they still have Kids Club. I'm not sure who the financial genius is behind this decision, but more income and less overhead equals more profit. 🤔 24 can be the mecca again, but they need some serious revamping in the financial strategy department in corporate.
