Kris Noraas: This gym is amazing. The coaches are great. My daughters feel loved and wanted here and it has become our second home to our family. They really care for each kid and it shows. I have had my girls in another gym which was not for my girls. So thankful for Colette and her team of coaches!!!

Susan Bernardo: Small in area structure as compared to Genesis but they have a complete set up. The class size is smaller in number and the moves are corrected immediately. There is a viewing area for parent and guardians on the Mezzanine over looking the general gymnasium.

MICHELLE FLORES: I searched many locations in Palmdale / Lancaster area, and this was the best location for me. The price is reasonable, especially when you compare with other locations and their schedule is much more flexible. My 3 year old has been here for about 1 year and has learned so much. We love the coaches, especially Nathan, he is a very good instructor and teacher. Overall, I recommend this gym for all ages. You would truly be amazed to see the bigger kids train. It inspiring to all the little ones.

Linda Renee: The owner, Eric, treats everyone like family. My daughter has blossomed here. The coaches are awesome and really do an excellent job with the kids. There's a viewing room for parents and family as well. Hands down, AV Twisters is the BEST in the AV!
Randy Hayes: Super friendly and helpful. Place is clean and they keep it pretty well sanitized. My kiddos have been going for a month now and keep asking if it time to go to thier next lesson. Decent seating area for patents to sit and watch.

It’s so great to be taught based on your abilities and pushed to do so much better but in such a positive and encouraging way. There are several clases throughout the week and they change style from week to week so you’re never bored. Great trainers, great people and great atmosphere!

Milly S: I absolutely love this gym. It’s all women & the environment is so much better. It is a bit small but mostly in terms to free space to use the free weights. Classes are fun and go by quick! Staff is friendly. Decent pricing and for women with children they have a daycare. I just wish it was open on Friday until 8 also & open on Sunday. Sometimes those are the only days I can go so I wish I was able to go more. I drive 25 minutes to get to this gym because I like it so much more than any other gym closer to me.

It's a much more relaxed atmosphere because there are only ladies around to share the equipment. Plus, it's natural for us Ladies to clean the equipment after using them.
