The food is out of this world good and the gym is super clean with new equipment. Super engaging classes as well as open gym. Crush Fitness has become a second home to me

Kristina McGuire: Love this food! The variety and quality are top notch! Everything is delicious and the meals filling. They make eating healthy quick and easy. The individual meals and meal programs are affordable. I've done meal prepping on my own and with Fitchow and I SAVE money using Fitchow! There is no way to get the same variety meal prepping on your own and no one wants to eat the same thing every day. With a crazy, hectic schedule I love knowing I'm eating healthy, saving time AND saving money!
David Adams: The weekly variety is pretty impressive. Most of the meals are really good, especially considering how healthy they are. Unlike hello fresh, these meals require zero effort on my part. I will say, they’re mostly geared for people trying to lose weight, so I usually have to bring a snack or shake to work when I use these as lunch.
