Our Lancaster Academy welcomes all types of students from the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu community, whether beginner or advanced. We are here to help you learn through our innovative and trans formative approach to teaching the gentle art of Brazilian Jiu Jistu.

    With our kids Brazilan Jiu Jitsu Program, students have the chance to exercise their mind in ways they never have before. We use only the best, and most advanced teaching methods to activate the minds of our students, and help them absorb all of the information presented. Come and see how our kids learn and have fun all at the same time with Victorum Athletics.

    In this class you will learn the most important self defense techniques used when being confronted by an attacker, as well as the basics of body dynamics and positioning. You will be guided by your instructor through the Fundamentals curriculum to learn the most important stand up techniques as well as ground positions and submissions. Once you finish the entire Fundamentals curriculum, you will know all of the most important techniques in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

    Our competition team is designed to take you to your next level in competition skills. Our goal is to develop our members and cultivate the confidence to compete in various championships from beginner levels all the way to the professional level. You will find yourself at home here if your goal is to compete and take your Jiu Jitsu to the next level.

He is so patient and gives all the kids individual attention. Makes everyone feel welcome and the kids just love it. The parents do as well. I would highly recommend The Lab for anyone interested in getting their kids into BJJ.

    Hard to keep it chill: Coach Jerry has a ton of experience and is amazing to train under for all levels! He will build you up and ensure you challenge yourself. The other members are amazing also and will take time to go over any questions you have. A great place to train, family environment, and a great place to make friends.

    RJ LAZCANO: I have been doing martial arts since I was 5. First being Karate and than Taekwondo and I'm a purple belt in taekwondo. The place I used too go to train/spar/fight at closed down without notice a few years back. So this is my home away from home and I have been training in muay thai for 5 years in total and I count those other years where I used to go too and here a year and a half already. I train extermly hard almost every day. I will greet you with a smile 😃 on my face and offer my help too you if you are new to martial arts or muay thai . If I'm not able too meet you I am probably training extremely hard . If I'm not able too greet you one of my sifus/senseis/masters/jedi masters will greet you . And stop by and check it out. 😀
