RJ LAZCANO: I have been doing martial arts since I was 5. First being Karate and than Taekwondo and I'm a purple belt in taekwondo. The place I used too go to train/spar/fight at closed down without notice a few years back. So this is my home away from home and I have been training in muay thai for 5 years in total and I count those other years where I used to go too and here a year and a half already. I train extermly hard almost every day. I will greet you with a smile 😃 on my face and offer my help too you if you are new to martial arts or muay thai . If I'm not able too meet you I am probably training extremely hard . If I'm not able too greet you one of my sifus/senseis/masters/jedi masters will greet you . And stop by and check it out. 😀

We drive 3 hours with our team to train with his team, and will continue to do so. His gym is worth the drive and we find the upmost value on his programs! As Shihan would say, Okinawa-Te is for everyone, young and old. After several trips to Sensei Richards dojo in Lancaster, I have seen for myself, his professional way of teaching, the love he has for the style and his awesome method of getting the best from his students. Okinawa-Te AV is the place to go .
Melinda K: Sensei Triplett is the best! This is not a "buy your black belt" school like so many others and there is not a schedule for earning belts. Each level is EARNED as the individual is ready. Young or old!! My boys trained for 4 years and I trained for 6 and made it to Brown Belt. It helped my boys with confidence and respect and fitness as they went through school and in their adult lives. I never felt better than when I trained and it helped me to focus and get through many tough situations with work and family. I highly recommend Okinawa-Te to anyone looking for fitness, focus, confidence and FUN.
Nikki Hall: Sense Richard Triplett is amazing with the kids they really love and respect him. He does so much for the community. The kids learn a lot. This is real Karate! We love it. Kids and adults learn self defense, self confidence, discipline and so much more. I recommend it whole heartedly!

Jamie Brayton: My son absolutely loves The Lab. We started off at 3 days a week and now he's doing 5. He's progressed so much over the past 4 months. Jerry is the best coach ever. He is so patient and gives all the kids individual attention. Makes everyone feel welcome and the kids just love it. The parents do as well. I would highly recommend The Lab for anyone interested in getting their kids into BJJ.
Hard to keep it chill: Coach Jerry has a ton of experience and is amazing to train under for all levels! He will build you up and ensure you challenge yourself. The other members are amazing also and will take time to go over any questions you have. A great place to train, family environment, and a great place to make friends.
