Zubidah Tokhi: So I’m only give 4 starts because I lived here for a month, so this is my experience from the one month here. Firstly when I came to check out the apartments it was an easy process, applying and getting the apartments was a simple process and Juan was helpful with getting all that done with me. Ok so I had applied and decided let me read the reviews about this place. Oh man when u say scared I was terrified to move here.. I had so much aniexty up until the move in day. I needed a place to live but I also didn’t want to live somewhere with so many bad reviews. So I prayed to God and hoped for the best, so far living here has been great, maintenances has been good with fixing things and neighbors have been nice, the gates work fine, and the trash isn’t crazi like in the pictures, the mail boxes have been removed and they made a whole mail room which is so great,everyone gets tons of packages n none have been stolen. So far it’s been a pleasure. They have really been trying to make it a better place to live. The apartment itself is really nice too. So im praying my whole stay with this complex will be pleasant. FYI there isn’t an incentive behind this post, I just wanted to share my experience for those debating moving here.

Linda Novak: There is more to an apartment than just the amenities. Management plays a big part in how much you will enjoy living here. Juan, a member of the management here is fantastic.Whenever I need anything, he is always right on it. He is never without laughter or a smile . He genuinely cares.

Alyssa Moreno: I have lived here for going on three years now and we have definitely had our ups and downs in this complex. HOWEVER, I feel as though management does a great job at accommodating tenants' needs. This complex was built in the 60's-- please keep that in mind! There will be maintenance needs! I have found that any issue I have run into has been resolved within a fair amount of time. Marlene has been great and Juan has been an AMAZING addition to the team.On New Year's Eve we had an emergency situation in which our carbon monoxide alarm was going off due to a leak in our heater I believe. Again, it's an old building, and with the type of heating unit we have it's pretty common EVERYWHERE not just at this complex. So I definitely put no blame on the complex for that. It happens. HOWEVER, after rushing to the leasing office in a panic Juan was incredibly hospitable and calming. He got maintenance there quickly. He had snacks and coloring pages ready to go for our six year old who was highly emotional about the situation. I had an oil treatment in my hair lol and he offered to let me rinse it in the model home. I didn't but it was still very sweet of him to offer. Because of the holiday weekend we couldn't get an outside contractor in to do the complete repair but maintenance was able to get us back into our apartment. Because we couldn't use our own heater Juan provided us with space heaters in the meantime. I am very grateful for the service that was provided for us that day. A quick and calm response to our chaotic situation was exactly what we needed and we are so appreciative.

Helena Gomez: This is mine and my fiance first apartment and Juan is one of the most respectful management there is, he explained everything step by step to us helped us in every way possible made sure we were comfortable with our move in date .Juan also walkes around the premises to make sure everything is getting done ,the place so far is peaceful everything clean and it's gated so far I am pleased .

Another individual I would like to mention is Joanna, I did not get a lot of time to communicate with her but she gave us our keys and toured our unit before move in, and she was nothing but amazing as well. Friendly and Knowledgeable, again made us feel welcome. I can not wait to continue our 1 yr with westwood, but also to build rapport with these two. They definitely have a great team and I hope the property values these two employees! Thank you again & I can not wait for you two to meet out two girls soon!

Christine Hill: Dilcia is great! She was a big help when we were trying to get an apartment while living out of state. She went above and beyond expectations and is just a very nice person in general. The apartment itself is nice. One of the few places with 3 bedrooms and attached 2 car garage. We are a big family and it was almost impossible to find another apartment that could fit all of us. Rent is expensive, but it’s a 3 bedroom apartment in LA-it’s all expensive. The people are very nice and so far every time we’ve had a maintenance issue, it’s been addressed immediately. Those are the most important things in my book.

LISA PEREZ: Wonderful atmosphere and awesome employees. Carmen, Dilcia, Eddie and staff are very caring and compassionate individuals that always go above and beyond to help resolve any issues. Thats what I call outstanding service. 10/10

Natalie Ramirez: 10 stars! My fiancé and I loved Westwood. During our entire stay, Dilcia and Carmen at the leasing office were extremely welcoming and helpful! They played a big role in making us feel at home. Eddie, maintenance repair, was responsive, had a great attitude, and fixed any issues we had right away!The apartments were very well kept, and the landscaping maintained on a weekly basis.10/10 would recommmend

Dr. Kerri Jones: Westwood Park Apartments has superseded my expectations. The community is always well manicured and the ladies in the leasing office are very pleasant, helpful, & professional. The neighbors are kind, neighborly and respectful.The updated leasing office is luxurious and welcoming with an enchanting ambiance of style, and living room comfort. It exudes a vibe of the Westwood lifestyle and architectural executive home feel.This is a peaceful community to live, with many amenities. I highly recommend it for all ages.All Thee Best....
