Zubidah Tokhi: So I’m only give 4 starts because I lived here for a month, so this is my experience from the one month here. Firstly when I came to check out the apartments it was an easy process, applying and getting the apartments was a simple process and Juan was helpful with getting all that done with me. Ok so I had applied and decided let me read the reviews about this place. Oh man when u say scared I was terrified to move here.. I had so much aniexty up until the move in day. I needed a place to live but I also didn’t want to live somewhere with so many bad reviews. So I prayed to God and hoped for the best, so far living here has been great, maintenances has been good with fixing things and neighbors have been nice, the gates work fine, and the trash isn’t crazi like in the pictures, the mail boxes have been removed and they made a whole mail room which is so great,everyone gets tons of packages n none have been stolen. So far it’s been a pleasure. They have really been trying to make it a better place to live. The apartment itself is really nice too. So im praying my whole stay with this complex will be pleasant. FYI there isn’t an incentive behind this post, I just wanted to share my experience for those debating moving here.

Linda Novak: There is more to an apartment than just the amenities. Management plays a big part in how much you will enjoy living here. Juan, a member of the management here is fantastic.Whenever I need anything, he is always right on it. He is never without laughter or a smile . He genuinely cares.
Alyssa Moreno: I have lived here for going on three years now and we have definitely had our ups and downs in this complex. HOWEVER, I feel as though management does a great job at accommodating tenants' needs. This complex was built in the 60's-- please keep that in mind! There will be maintenance needs! I have found that any issue I have run into has been resolved within a fair amount of time. Marlene has been great and Juan has been an AMAZING addition to the team.On New Year's Eve we had an emergency situation in which our carbon monoxide alarm was going off due to a leak in our heater I believe. Again, it's an old building, and with the type of heating unit we have it's pretty common EVERYWHERE not just at this complex. So I definitely put no blame on the complex for that. It happens. HOWEVER, after rushing to the leasing office in a panic Juan was incredibly hospitable and calming. He got maintenance there quickly. He had snacks and coloring pages ready to go for our six year old who was highly emotional about the situation. I had an oil treatment in my hair lol and he offered to let me rinse it in the model home. I didn't but it was still very sweet of him to offer. Because of the holiday weekend we couldn't get an outside contractor in to do the complete repair but maintenance was able to get us back into our apartment. Because we couldn't use our own heater Juan provided us with space heaters in the meantime. I am very grateful for the service that was provided for us that day. A quick and calm response to our chaotic situation was exactly what we needed and we are so appreciative.
Helena Gomez: This is mine and my fiance first apartment and Juan is one of the most respectful management there is, he explained everything step by step to us helped us in every way possible made sure we were comfortable with our move in date .Juan also walkes around the premises to make sure everything is getting done ,the place so far is peaceful everything clean and it's gated so far I am pleased .

Lisa Caron: I relocated to Westwood Park Apartments from Washington State for work. While still in WA state it was very stressful to find a place and coordinate with the relocation company in the little window I had.I contacted Johanna Gomez the Leasing consultant for Westwood Park, and explained my situation and what exactly I was looking for in my new home. I have never blindly signed any lease contract but with Johanna’s help she was able to answer all my questions by going over every concern I had and was able to send me pictures that really helped me make up my mind. The unit I selected was being remodeled and the move in date was gonna be right around when I needed to start my new job. I really needed to move in sooner and I contacted Johanna and she was able to get my place ready for me before I started work and the exact day the relocation company was due to deliver my things.It all worked out perfectly.Since moving in I absolutley love the apartment.Johanna, the management and the maintenance staff have all been absolutely wonderful to deal with. Very nice and very accommodating.

Brianna Alvarado: . I would definitely recommend Westwood park because of our experience with Camry. Another individual I would like to mention is Joanna, I did not get a lot of time to communicate with her but she gave us our keys and toured our unit before move in, and she was nothing but amazing as well. Friendly and Knowledgeable, again made us feel welcome. I can not wait to continue our 1 yr with westwood, but also to build rapport with these two. They definitely have a great team and I hope the property values these two employees! Thank you again & I can not wait for you two to meet out two girls soon!
Christine Hill: Dilcia is great! She was a big help when we were trying to get an apartment while living out of state. She went above and beyond expectations and is just a very nice person in general. The apartment itself is nice. One of the few places with 3 bedrooms and attached 2 car garage. We are a big family and it was almost impossible to find another apartment that could fit all of us. Rent is expensive, but it’s a 3 bedroom apartment in LA-it’s all expensive. The people are very nice and so far every time we’ve had a maintenance issue, it’s been addressed immediately. Those are the most important things in my book.
LISA PEREZ: Wonderful atmosphere and awesome employees. Carmen, Dilcia, Eddie and staff are very caring and compassionate individuals that always go above and beyond to help resolve any issues. Thats what I call outstanding service. 10/10
Natalie Ramirez: 10 stars! My fiancé and I loved Westwood. During our entire stay, Dilcia and Carmen at the leasing office were extremely welcoming and helpful! They played a big role in making us feel at home. Eddie, maintenance repair, was responsive, had a great attitude, and fixed any issues we had right away!The apartments were very well kept, and the landscaping maintained on a weekly basis.10/10 would recommmend

The neighbors are kind, neighborly and respectful.The updated leasing office is luxurious and welcoming with an enchanting ambiance of style, and living room comfort. It exudes a vibe of the Westwood lifestyle and architectural executive home feel.This is a peaceful community to live, with many amenities. I highly recommend it for all ages.All Thee Best....

Miranda S: Just moved in Jan 1,The paperwork was fast, the place is nice, mantaince comes real quick when we make requests, the neighbors are friendly to us. They accepted my emotional support pet as well. I also feel very safe here as well with the built in security system and the on site security. Only downside is people keep entering the exit while I am trying to leave and they don't give me space to exit :C

Nicole Bell: The staff including Ana, Gloria and of course Jack are the only reason for the stars awarded. The company as a whole is corrupt, especually in the copius increases in rent, which compares to Beach City prices and offers far less.
Deisy Ferrer: Feeling Peace, Harmony and fraternity was what made me come to this place, they listen to me and take care of me, they work systematically solving any problem in the shortest possible time, in the office everyone has a very good way of dealing and the staff Maintenance is very good, I am really delighted with everyone, I think it is worth a lot to have a manager with the ability to understand and do what is right for good enjoyment, everything is very clean and very organized, I recommend "The Spring apartment" to everyone with the same security as if it were my own house !! Thank you !!!

They helped take that extra weight off of me and found me a home. I love it here, such a nice area! It’s quiet, it’s family friendly, I’m beyond grateful! I plan on staying here for a while. Thomas Leonard: As a resident of The Springs for nearly 5 years, I've seen nothing but improvements to this property. It is gated, and there is a security patrol throughout the day and night. The management team and office staff are very knowledgeable and courteous, and Jack runs a very responsive maintenance team. The grounds and parking areas are always kept clean and tidy. I highly recommend The Springs to anyone who is seeking a quiet, centrally-located, and safe environment for themselves, their pets, and their family.

Tom Leonard: As a 3+ year resident, I have seen nothing but improvements here with each passing year. The complex itself is conveniently located right between Avenue J and Avenue K - very close to shopping and the AV Hospital medical complex. The Ave J8 to 14 South on-ramp is literally 2 minutes away! Jack and the maintenance team are top-notch, and the office staff is friendly and professional. The grounds are very pet-friendly, and residents actually seem to clean up after their pets! The pool area looks great, and it is seemingly well maintained. The complex is gated, and security patrols are constant throughout the night. I highly recommend The Springs Apartments!
Andy Lunique: Honestly the staff does their best but like most places poor residents made it bad. The office team does their best, the maintenance team is the best I have ever seen in over ten apartments. They can't fix some of the people who live there. Like the dude with the luxury car by the gate who is clearly compensating for something because he can't seem to park it in the space correctly and leaves it sticking out enough so everyone can see. Or maybe it's the total "dudes" who seem to think it's ok to smoke weed in their apartment all day but clearly they have nothing better to do.Like I said - the staff is working with what they got but this place deals with a classic case of people suck.

Rodrigo Mejia: Jose is amazing. People complaining about section 8 don't understand basic income requirements and possibly basic English in general. I toured units today and Jose was incredibly kind, professional, friendly, and respectful. I was also very happy to see funds being used to improve the community here.I ended up applying to one of their other properties still managed by the same company, but I was very close to applying here instead. It looks like a wonderful place to live.
