Jerry Rutch: On Wednesday I went to start my diesel motorhome and it would not start. I called five mobile repair sites and all of them said leave your name and number and we will call you back. I waited all day and not one did. So on Thursday I started calling more mobile repair again. I was shocked when I called Diesel Tronics. Someone actually answered the phone, his name was Alex. I explained my situation and he said can I call you back, boy had I heard that before. To my amazement twenty minutes later I received a call and was told unfortunately they were really busy, but because I had promised to volunteer for a rally he would try to squeze me in that afternoon. A little after twelve he showed up and within an hour my motorhome was running and we able to finish loading and leave for the rally. I was amazed that he seemed to know exactly where to go and solve the problem with very little hesitation. Five stars in my opinion is not enough. He rates a "TEN" in my opinion. They will definitely be my choice of service on my motorhome.Jerry Rutch

David Haven: The technician did what was asked of him and then they gave me the sad news. While I couldn't afford the repair, I was grateful for the news.
The Mac: Went in with an older civic because my car was having idle issues. I tried troubleshooting the problem myself and could not find what the problem was. There was some confusion when discussing pricing and if their initial fee is applied to the cost of the repair. They were all generally nice, and when they discovered the problem I asked if they could have the mechanic explain to me what I essentially couldn't find myself. They were very polite about it and he took the time to explain to me what was wrong and did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. Can't say I truly understand how pricing works there but what I can say is that it was very worth it for the work and troubleshooting they did. Overall a positive experience.Update: After their repair my cars stereo system started having issues. I believe it was due to them cutting the battery to run one of the test. I called back to ask if they had done touched the electrical system at all and they were immediately dismissive. I could be wrong that their work influenced the system but I felt slighted a bit that they were that dismissive off the bat. Still did a good job on my car though

Justin Paolone: Had a heater hose on my 2010 Dodge Charger break on me . Wasn’t sure where to take my car so I read some reviews and decided to try Wayne and Dave’s . So glad I did . Not only did they replace and repair my heater hoses the same day , they installed good quality hose assemblies . They could’ve just put in the same cheap plastic assemblies , but they installed a good , stronger metal one instead. Just wanted to say thank you 🙏. As a customer I appreciate quality work . We will definitely be taking our vehicles back for any future needs . ron Minghelli: They did quite a bit of work on my truck so far less than a week seems to be good, if i could suggest an area where they could improve it would have to be, asking the customer what's wrong, if I knew what was wrong I wouldn't need to bring it to a mechanic. This being said I was asked probably 10 times what was wrong & finally I had to say if I knew that I wouldn't be here. 1 other issue I had was after leaving it for 4 days & spending nearly $2000 I had an issue the same day I picked it up, had to call the next day & Vito had no clue who I was after telling him I was just there, the color & make of my vehicle, my name, still none of this was enough to help him remember, which made me feel pretty unimportant & like I was only a paycheck.

SmokeTheHerbDean: Amazing techs even better human beings brought my gfs car in to get front breaks done the guys informed me they do an inspection before on all cars just to make sure that’s what you need, the guys told me my brakes were still in good working order but found another issue I didn’t even know the car had will be going back to these amazing honest mechanics as soon as I can save enough for the repairs, which were cheap but I’m a broke working class guy.

ERICK R: These guys do great work and are very reliable and honest. I took my car in for a diagnostic because there were multiple warning lights on the dash. They reset and retested. Everything checked off and no repairs were needed. The car later had the same issue. They tested it again but didn’t charge me for the the second diagnosis time because they warranty their service. They found a loose sensor and fixed it free of charge. I highly recommend this place. I trust them fully and I will return. Everyone should know about Auto Pros

Haven’t had trouble since. The team was also extremely friendly! He advised what he believed to be the issue and what we should look for in the future and how much that will cost if that turns out to be the problem. Meantime, we had our Honda serviced and felt he was extremely thorough and prices were very competitive and fair for the service provided. We will definitely be bringing all our Hondas here especially since the service at the localdealerships have declined in the past few years. He doesn't strike me as one of those mechanics trying to nickel and dime you, and his shop's work speaks for itself. Rocco's employees follow the same culture. I would recommend this place to anybody with any model Acura or Honda that needs repairs or routine maintenance. They do the right work, correctly, at a fraction of the cost.And now he's got a newer nicer place--much farther from his site on Ave I, but presumably closer to most of his customer base.
