Cindy E.: We experienced car troubles while on a long road trip and came to The Radiator Depot. When we explained that we needed to get the issue fixed and back on the road as soon as possible, they took care of us. Although they were busy, they diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and got us back on the road in 90 minutes. I'm sure some other mechanics might try gouging us with an unreasonable bill since we were stuck, but The Radiator Depot did not. We very much appreciate their honesty and great work to help us out in our time of need. If we lived close by, I'd definitely go back and use them again when we need a good, honest mechanic. Highly recommend.

Iris Warren: I have been using this place for all of my car troubles for over 6 years. Yes they are a little bit expensive but to be honest every time I had brought my cars here whatever the problem is they fix it and that’s that. I don’t have the same problem with that vehicle again. Yes they charge for diagnosing your vehicle but if you get the work done by them it gets waived. They follow up with me all the time after my vehicle has been repaired and I drive it around to hear how it is performing. They also are good on their word if the work that they did fails they will repair and reinspect the vehicle free of charge. I recently took my SUV for some serious repair I was quoted about $1500 for the job but talking to them about the expense the lady at the front desk was able to negóciate some parts needed to repair my vehicle bringing my bill down to a bit less then $1000.00 and they fixed my vehicle in one day since I needed it for the next day. Outstanding service. Customer services is excellent when you communicate effectively and respectful. I value this place for most of my vehicle needs I rather use this “expensive”mechanic who guaranties his work then playing Russian roulette with the safety of my precious family.

All American Detail Service: Hands down good Crew. They are working with me to fix my truck and so fwr have helped me every step of the way. High end computer for diags unlike other locations in town. Got a new starter and was in and out the next day.
Carol Hill (Heavenschild): Victor at Hi-Tech Auto has done everything he could to keep our 2012 Chevy Impala running, and legal, including the catalytic converters. A bit pricey, but goes with the times. He was fair and I would recommend definitely him for auto work.
Darrell Berry: Those drug addicts at hi-tech auto couldn't fix a bag of dope. They are total rip-off artists and they begin by charging you $ 150 for a fake diagnosis and your car never gets fixed. Only a fool would take their car there.

They call back quickly with quotes, and seem to be available same day for diagnostic and seems like a week at most for major repairs. Each time they give me an estimate, it’s lower than the big guys like Pepboys, and the work has held up. I’ve taken my Subaru here for a rack and pinion replacement on my 2010 Forester, they’ve done an oil change and diagnosed a couple of other issues and they’ve seen the car on another instance because I had a few lights on that turned out to be just dirty sensors. L Hu (Lou): They fixed my 1990 Toyota 4Runner. Took it in after it sat for years with several issues. They gave a long list of things it needed and an accurate estimate. A couple weeks later they were done. Took it to get a smog check and it passed. The smog tech said it looked like someone did a complete rebuild and complemented the work. When I noticed an oil leak, they showed me it had nothing to do with the work they did, but fixed it by tightening everything down anyway, at no charge. SmokeTheHerbDean: Amazing techs even better human beings brought my gfs car in to get front breaks done the guys informed me they do an inspection before on all cars just to make sure that’s what you need, the guys told me my brakes were still in good working order but found another issue I didn’t even know the car had will be going back to these amazing honest mechanics as soon as I can save enough for the repairs, which were cheap but I’m a broke working class guy.

ERICK R: These guys do great work and are very reliable and honest. I took my car in for a diagnostic because there were multiple warning lights on the dash. They reset and retested. Everything checked off and no repairs were needed. The car later had the same issue. They tested it again but didn’t charge me for the the second diagnosis time because they warranty their service. They found a loose sensor and fixed it free of charge. I highly recommend this place. I trust them fully and I will return. Everyone should know about Auto Pros

Haven’t had trouble since. The team was also extremely friendly! I never had to give them my information when I called or came in, they just recognized me and gave me the rundown, which really made me appreciate their service. They even gave me a 3-month warranty on the diagnosis and reassured me that I could bring it in again at no charge if any issues arise in that time. David Haven: The technician did what was asked of him and then they gave me the sad news. While I couldn't afford the repair, I was grateful for the news.
The Mac: Went in with an older civic because my car was having idle issues. I tried troubleshooting the problem myself and could not find what the problem was. There was some confusion when discussing pricing and if their initial fee is applied to the cost of the repair. They were all generally nice, and when they discovered the problem I asked if they could have the mechanic explain to me what I essentially couldn't find myself. They were very polite about it and he took the time to explain to me what was wrong and did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. Can't say I truly understand how pricing works there but what I can say is that it was very worth it for the work and troubleshooting they did. Overall a positive experience.Update: After their repair my cars stereo system started having issues. I believe it was due to them cutting the battery to run one of the test. I called back to ask if they had done touched the electrical system at all and they were immediately dismissive. I could be wrong that their work influenced the system but I felt slighted a bit that they were that dismissive off the bat. Still did a good job on my car though

Not only did they replace and repair my heater hoses the same day , they installed good quality hose assemblies . They could’ve just put in the same cheap plastic assemblies , but they installed a good , stronger metal one instead. Just wanted to say thank you 🙏. As a customer I appreciate quality work . ron Minghelli: They did quite a bit of work on my truck so far less than a week seems to be good, if i could suggest an area where they could improve it would have to be, asking the customer what's wrong, if I knew what was wrong I wouldn't need to bring it to a mechanic. This being said I was asked probably 10 times what was wrong & finally I had to say if I knew that I wouldn't be here. 1 other issue I had was after leaving it for 4 days & spending nearly $2000 I had an issue the same day I picked it up, had to call the next day & Vito had no clue who I was after telling him I was just there, the color & make of my vehicle, my name, still none of this was enough to help him remember, which made me feel pretty unimportant & like I was only a paycheck.

Oscar Salazar: .I came in originally in for the 3rd brake light and for my gas consumption acting unusual. they were able to diagnose the brake light issue, which turned out to be minor than expected and confirming suspicion of the gas, but it was the gauge being faulty, which they told me I need to go to the dealership. Something about how back in the day people rolled back miles on analog dials in independent shops. I still haven’t gone. I need to though. But the shop overall, from owner to the mechanics in the back have been nothing but trustworthy, helpful, and passionate.I plan on coming back to add some parts forsure.I don’t think there is another euro shop in the AV like it.
