Gonzalo Guajardo: Great to spend the day with the family, whether for a quick grill or picnic, or those much needed walks with dogs or bike rides around the lake. Playgrounds and bathrooms. People do go there fishing as well. I have been going there since I was a kid, when they used to have the apollo capsule displayed, but that's gone. Only thing I would change would be the hours, leave it open till midnight! They kick you out at sunset

Douglas Haynes: Great hike

Kevin Webb: Steep uphill climb from the parking spot on Copper Hill. Too steep for me and the dogs. I could do it on my own but the drop-off is severe and I wasn't comfortable with my girls on the narrow path up. You'll need to be in some sort of shape to make it all the way up. Once you get to the top it evens out a bit. Plenty of parking and the paths are well defined. Comparatively, say the trails just down the street at the Haskell Canyon Trailhead, this is an advanced trail system so be prepared. Also, if you are not comfortable at height then you may want to skip this one. If you make it up you'll be rewarded with fantastic views of Santa Clarita and at least two of the three mountain ranges that surround it. Another great calorie burner in the SCV trail system.

J Araiza: Relaxing 😎

Rekha Kundal: Very nice open trail. Loved the nice breeze

Trevor Mersch: Basic hike trail. Well maintained. Keep an eye out for the occasional Gopher Snake

Dead Cat bounce: Nice hiking trail.

Christopher Shrum: Some easy trails, some rough trails, and really interesting canyons. No shade so sunscreen or a hat would be smart, but otherwise really nice.

Terry Bowen: Beautiful

Megan Di Stefano: Beautiful views. Decent parking. You can hike high along the hilltops or through the canyon. It's steep and hilly in some areas, even in the canyon, so maybe not ideal for someone with knee or ankle issues. It's a light to moderate hike depending on where you go. Keep your dogs on a leash; this is rattlesnake and coyote country. Please don't kill the snakes. It's their home and we're just visiting.

Julio Duenas: Awesome short hike. Definitely go counterclockwise for the best experience. Will be biking it soon as well.
