Nice professional and educated and able to answer all our questions. We told him what we were looking for and he told us what was possible and how we could save on certain systems and what was compatible I felt secure and confident with them installing our system and they stayed and made sure everything was to our liking. We even decided last minute to add the doorbell and within a week he was able to come back and install that for us as well. We even had them comeback once just to adjust our cameras and fine tune our time on the system. Can only say we are very satisfied customers and plan on referring anyone who is considering a home security system. They are knowledgeable and down to earth and make sure your taken care of top notch.

I could go on and rave about Michael and his team, but I'm not here to bore you. If I had to sum up my experience from start to finish: punctual, friendly, efficient, quality of work (can't stress this enough), competitive, informative, helpful, and an overall professional. I called on Michael to install a new Ring Pro, replace 2 outdoor cameras and switch out an old receiver for our home automation system, reprogrammed all the remotes and made sure that everything was working properly before leaving this project. Michael was fast, efficient, competitively priced and very clean. Very organized and got the job done in no time at all. I will definitely be referring Matrix Digital Systems to my friends and family!

Michael set up 3 TVs, fast speed internet, Sonos music system, and outdoor surround sound system for us and did a great job. Highly recommend him. He's very friendly and professional and always a text away if I ever need help. A couple times with the TV, I didn't know what I was doing and he was here same day within a few hours. 5 stars.

Micheal and his team provided THE best service with very friendly and positive attitudes! They took the time to educate my husband and I on certain products and we really appreciated that. A big shout out to Michael for coming to our rescue and installing our new homes media systems in HB when local companies were booked. Not only did he complete the installation in record time and make sure we were comfortable with the set up in both rooms, he cleaned up both screens, equipment and shelving supporting the equipment. Everything looked brand new and shiny...how cool is that ladies! The price charged for the services was very reasonable...can't go wrong with using this service!!
