I've trained in gyms in Thailand, in Shanghai, and a handful in California in SoCal, in central California, and in San Francisco. Carillo Muay Thai was probably the best gym I've been to.


The instructor is not only great at what he does but is passionate about Muay Thai and in the improvement of his students.


I moved for work, but if I were anywhere in Orange County, this would no doubt be my gym.
