I love the Krav Maga class, the training is excellent and I have learned so much. My grand daughter also took this class for a month when she stayed with me. She learned how to kick, punch and defend her self if in trouble. It build her confidence, her strength and ability.

It would be difficult to mention all the skills that Ken has as both an instructor and a fighter. He is the type of instructor that other world class instructors go to for coaching.
