If I could give 10 stars, I would! I am so impressed with Alex's skill and service. He was so honest and transparent every step of the way, and kept me in the loop with the ordering of the parts I needed. The price for the work I needed was the best around, and he didn't ask for payment for his labor until the repair was complete. He carried out the work unbelievably fast. When I say fast, I mean FAST! I dropped my laptop off to get fixed, and by the time I got home, he already had the work done! I have never had any service for anything ever performed so quickly in my life! I went back to collect the laptop and he tested it with me to make sure I was happy with his work. I called to get my fathers old computer a new water cooling system, but sadly its too old and parts are not available anymore. however Daniel still helped me through the process of picking out a new cooling unit that would work. All of this was done over the phone at no cost!
