These young students have the benefit of starting at as early as 5 years old. Whether or not they have been in a sport or a class setting prior, no need to worry! We are prepared to get them started and give them all the tools they will need to be successful a structured setting. Our program will help them with the fundamentals they will need in Jiu Jitsu and MMA. They will preserve skills through repetition and our inventive curriculum that is set up for their success! They will learn something different daily, so they’ll always be challenged, intrigued and pushed to keep their interest. They have the opportunity to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (GI), No-Gi/Wrestling and MMA. We start teaching MMA at just 5 years old in order to give our young students a head start with proper punching, kicking, combinations and foot work. This program is designed to not only get them ahead with they’re martial arts training, but with their behavior as well. We have an entire behavior program designed to reward for good behavior in and outside of the gym to help parents with discipline and structure.

This program will help them with the fundamentals they will need in Jiu Jitsu and MMA. No matter what level you enter, each student will be given the opportunity to exceed their fitness and martial arts goals. They will learn and attain skills through repetition in both Jiu Jitsu and MMA. We closely follow a structured curriculum that is set up for their success of all students, regardless of experience! Coaches ensure to make classes fun and unique, therefore our students are always be challenged and pushed to the best of their ability. They will learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (GI), No-Gi/Wrestling and MMA. Our program is a great choice to help in many areas. These students can learn full on MMA, we do have a sparring session for students twice weekly which is optional for students to attend. Note, we do not let students spar until they have enough experience

This program can push you to places you didn't know you had in you and lead you to become a well-rounded MMA practitioner. Our classes provide an awesome work out, and a great way to feed the competitiveness inside in a safe and controlled environment.
